Something tells me the U.S. will go through with this. They have a fleet, they have the means to carry out mine clearance, the IRGC doesn’t have a navy, the U.S. will respond immediately to minor provocations, and there’s no need for a ground operation. Just like this week - as soon as they spotted terrorists trying to mine the strait, they simply wiped them off the face of the earth, and everything is calm and quiet Meanwhile, the IRGC has zero oil shipments, zero oil revenue, and zero imports of goods.... Trump still hasn't been able to resolve anything with Iran. Does he even need it? I think it's not that simple. As that red-haired parrot said the other day, he's made tens of billions of dollars for America, not for himself. It's funny, though. We readily believe him. What a cynical and mercenary creature he is. He constantly lies to the whole world, and he gets away with it. It's so disgusting to watch all this. Has the world really gone mad, allowing such idiots to gain power? It's time to start thinking with our heads, not our asses. Why is the population so stupid? Is this deliberate, controlled degradation? It seems like the age of the internet has made spreading lies a lot easier - once you understand the daily interactions of many people are under the influence of a handful of owners who control social media and the major news outlets it makes it easier to manipulate people. Social media sites are the source of news for many people and they're more likely to believe whatever their friends believe. Combine that with algorithms that make such "social" sites into an echo chamber and you can see why people never get their bad ideas challenged any more. You understand it even more with the way that Trump is always cosying up to the owners of these sites, I mean just the other day they were invited to the banquet to meet with Xi Jinping at the Whitehouse. Iran is suffering while they struggle to export their oil but hopefully they continue to make Trump suffer even more. I completely agree that the media and social media are platforms for spreading narratives, propaganda, and fake news. We can explore the reasons for this outside the scope of this topic - there’s plenty to discuss there. But! A rational person must exercise critical thinking to avoid falling victim to manipulation. Any fact can and should be verified using multiple sources in order to form a more or less accurate picture. And regarding the strait: Tehran, through its foreign minister, stated that it is ready to fully open the strait to shipping and resume negotiations on the nuclear program within 7 days. To this end, Iran has set three conditions for the U.S.: 1. Lifting of the U.S. naval blockade. 2. Lifting of sanctions against Iranian oil. 3. Compliance with a ceasefire, which must also extend to Lebanon. What does this tell us? 1. The U.S. naval blockade of the Strait has proven to be very painful for the IRGC junta. It turns out that if you respond in kind, the terrorists start squealing and begging for a deal. It’s a shame the whole world doesn’t understand this and doesn’t act the same way. 2. The IRGC’s cries of "we’re not afraid of the blockade" are just as ridiculous as the squeals from another terrorist-backed country: "Sanctions only benefit us" 3. This is a blatant attempt to preserve their terrorist groups in the region - not for the sake of peace, but to save them and continue using them.

That was because Nato pushed further into areas they agreed never to have moved into. ( Georgia and Moldova) yes? I imagine Russia moving the way US-Nato moved towards America. I mean mounting bases around America, we'd have most definitely seen all kinds of propaganda moving forward.
Exactly. The hypocrisy of it is revolting to be honest. The NATO policy has always been "whenever we [NTO] bomb anyone, it is bombs of peace; but whenever those whom we bomb defend, they are terrorists". <insert facepalm here> ...
Off topic, but do you know that Ukraine Soldiers are currently destabilising Africa? They're currently doing helping out terrorist wage up war against the AES in the Sahel regions most especially targeting our Malian brothers and sisters. Do you also support this injustice?! I don't know why they do this but the idea of controlling the Sahel regions and their resources still exist. One thing certain is that our Malian brothers are not backing down. Excellent question. What's more interesting is the answers the propagandists like DrBeer give to such questions. Here are two examples I found [ 1][ 2] from propagandists on bitcointalk. To them the illegal invasion of Iraq and occupation of that country with the subsequent destruction of their infrastructure and slaughtering of over a million Iraqi civilians was a "peacekeeping mission". It doesn't stop there. I have been asking these propagandists many times about their reasons for training and arming al-Qaeda in Syria and I still haven't gotten an answer out of them. After all the al-Qaeda terrorists that are currently usurping Damascus received training (to work with FPVs and other stuff) from Ukrainians. Whenever I ask anyone who is pro-NATO about al-Qaeda, they never give me any answer. (I hope their lack of response is out of shame) It is worth pointing out that Russia is Ukraine's neighbor with its capital close to Ukrainian borders while both Iraq and Syria are in another continent and yet DrTroll doesn't call what Ukraine as part of NATO has been doing in Asia and Africa terrorism! And if you really want to know how disgusting these propagandists are, just check out their post history and see how they have been supporting and justifying the genocide in Gaza, mostly in 2023 and 2024 when it was the beginning of the genocide and the global outrage hasn't been this high towards the Israeli terrorists so these propagandists still had the courage to show their Zionist roots.

They remain stuck in the Middle Ages, living by the laws of a distant past where their barbaric actions are considered the norm. I won’t deny that closing the strait would be highly detrimental to Iran itself. If the regime is so worried about it, the stakes must be incredibly high. And what do they need that oil for, anyway? They should be developing electric vehicle production. Or is that not part of the agenda for these terrorists—who are ready to physically eliminate anyone championing technological progress and sovereignty? Is that not their style? How can they be such idiots and fail to realize that the world has changed completely? People already view them as specimens of a dying breed. Don't they find the whole thing repulsive themselves?

If you take a broader view, all these bastard regimes behave in similar ways. They are savages who lack human values, for whom human life means nothing, and whose top priority is absolute power and the right to destroy, rape, plunder, and commit lawlessness - without fear of punishment. Yet at the same time, they blame everyone around them and claim they’re fighting a global conspiracy or enemies - which are always countries with normal laws and governments. Another defining feature of such regimes is their double standards. Even in the context of this topic, terrorist regime of the IRGC blocked the Strait of Hormuz, claiming, "This is a just response". When the U.S. imposes a blockade, that’s "terrorism against Iran" As experience shows, as soon as you start treating such regimes the same way they treat the rest of the world, they start screaming wildly and accusing their opponents of "inhumanity", even though they were the ones who started it all. What kind of progress can we even talk about under such regimes? Their goal is precisely to plunge the population into poverty and the Stone Age in order to exercise maximum control over their behavior and thinking. Just look at how much people from Iran are writing about where the regime of religious fanatics and terrorists has led their country - poverty, degradation, a complete lack of any prospects.... P.S. Another mandatory rule of these bastard regimes and their supporters is an extremely primitive yet total lie - or the distortion of cause-and-effect relationships! The good news is that if a person has a brain and a little curiosity, they can easily verify the facts and expose this lie. A simple example from this thread is the attempt to justify Russia’s terror against Ukraine by citing NATO’s alleged expansion, even though any reasonable person can easily verify this "fact" and see that Ukraine’s IDEA of drawing closer to NATO arose long after Russia began its terror campaign in Ukraine.

Second US Navy submarine that was trying to break Iran's authority and sneak into the Strait of Hormuz was seized by the powerful Iranian Naval forces. This is in addition to the devastating punishment of the US regime terrorists across the region over the past week (heavy bombardment of US Army bases in Iraq + punishing the US regime's navy at least once).
At this point the only oil that is allowed to exit the Persian Gulf is the Iranian oil and to some extent Iraqi oil with Iran's permission after signing up with the Persian Gulf Strait Authority.

Washington has learned that deploying multi-billion dollar submarines in the Strait of Hormuz would mean risking them against Iran's sophisticated Anti-Access/Area Denial (A2/AD) coastal defense capabilities, extensive underwater unmanned vehicle (UUV) surveillance network and smart mines. It's extremely vulnerable to do so in littoral waters against advanced coastal defenses. For centuries, those traveling through important global energy choke points answered to Washington. Now, it's those countries that border littoral waters dictating the terms of engagement and stopping transgressing US Navy ships. Those coastal defense systems have ended Washington's monopoly on international energy waterways because littoral nations rightfully own them.

A perfect example of a complete lie designed for people who have no brains The surviving units of the so-called IRGC junta "navy" have not managed, and will never manage, to capture a submarine. What they did manage to do was capture an autonomous underwater drone One was captured in early September, and the second on September 27. Moreover, representatives of the junta themselves stated that they had "intercepted a second, lighter modular vehicle, the REMUS 600, designed for seafloor mapping and underwater surveillance". I understand that you want to think the whole world is full of idiots, but you’re very much mistaken A perfect example of primitive manipulation of words and distortion of information to create "victory reports" for a regime that is in decline and slowly crumbling. P.S. Tell me - do you really know absolutely nothing about this subject, and to you, is any object underwater an "American submarine"? Although why am I even asking, when you once showed me a photo of terrorists armed with AK-74s and told me it was an American automatic rifle

Indeed, all such regimes are like identical twins. There is nothing human or normal about them. Their sole aim is to bring the entire population under their control, and the methods they employ are far from humane—terrorizing the populace and tightening the screws. That is the only way these scumbags have learned to manage the masses. It is their own incompetence that has led to this state of affairs. They are so intellectually bankrupt that they cannot even look to the example of other countries, where things are organized in a completely different way. Furthermore, such regimes cannot resist the urge to shamelessly steal public funds. That is their primary objective—the one that comes first. Without money, these scumbags wouldn't even be able to train a dog, let alone control a vast number of people.

2 submarine fallen into the hands of the Iranian should be a big concern to US government. Because they can easily replicate and build more of it for their own use and also share the weapon with China and Russia. They will do it a cheaper rate. The way this conflict is going , I don't think both countries which reach a ceasefire agreement. I remember seeing a headline where the Iranian warned that the war might stretch to the Indian ocean if the US military makes more strikes on them. We all know they are capable in doing that with the amount of sophisticated ballistic missiles in their inventory. Maybe we might witness oil getting to a new Ath if the conflicts expands further.

That's true but in case of the Strait of Hormuz, the situation didn't change recently. It changed decades ago. This is an Iranian Strait and Iranian waters they are using after all. In fact some years ago, I think Obama was in office at the time, when the US regime started going more rogue, Iran decided to force all US military ships to ask permission from Sepah Navy (which is the branch responsible for security in the Persian Gulf) for passage in Farsi. They had to shut down all electronics, land any aircraft, beg for permission to pass in Farsi and wait to be given passage. The only thing that changed in 2026 was that Iran no longer gives permission to the US regime to even get close to the Sea of Oman let alone get close to or pass the Strait into the Persian Gulf. That is in addition to destroying all US Naval assets in the region like the largest military naval port in the world in the occupied Daylamun Islands (known as Bahrain) where the regime's 5th fleet used to be located at. 2 submarine fallen into the hands of the Iranian should be a big concern to US government. Exactly, although I have been researching into them to try and figure out how that technology compares to what Iran already has. We know Iran has one of the mots advanced "unmanned" technology in the sky, on the ground, on the waters and under them (ie. the large number of stealth unmanned submarines). It's going to be years before we tech-enthusiasts can get more info on it though. Remember "The Beast" from 2011? It was years before we truly understood the significance of it. That was a multi-hundred billion dollar project that was so secretive that only CIA terrorists controlled this stealth aircraft from back at US soil. RQ-170 wasn't even supposed to be detectable on any radars let alone to be taken control of so easily and captured Iran made at least a dozen versions of it at different sizes at different costs (all so much cheaper) and for different roles from combat missions to reconnaissance and even as loitering munition. The way this conflict is going , I don't think both countries which reach a ceasefire agreement. I remember seeing a headline where the Iranian warned that the war might stretch to the Indian ocean if the US military makes more strikes on them. Exactly. And let me quote myself from the other topic where I explain why despite all Iran's and other countries (the mediators who keep contacting Iran on US behalf) effort there cannot be any peace with the barbarians. Although he spoke about Iran's readiness for dialogue in a diplomatic manner but not succumbing to force and coercion.
Iran never closed the doors for diplomacy but the problem is that the US regime does not seek peace. The Epstein Axis wants an empire which is why they have been attacking everyone (from Canada, Greenland, Venezuela and Cuba all the way to Palestine, Iran, Yemen and China). In case of Iran the Axis want to colonize Iran to steal its vast amounts of resources and take over its geography to first impose a blockade on China (eg. stop the Belt & Road initiative) so that they can destroy the Chinese economy; and secondly they want to take global economy hostage by gaining full control of major [trade-route] chokepoints as well majority of global energy then start a global ransom to cover their $40+ trillion debt. I explained this policy back in October 2025: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5563170.0So obviously nobody would accept being colonized, least of all the oldest civilization on earth that is Iran. Therefore the Epstein Axis that is the modern day version of Barbarians acts like this and commits atrocities. They are going to commit much worse atrocities in the near future in the next round and possibly the last time they try their luck by attacking Iran. Consequently, Iran's retaliatory punishment of the Axis is going to be that much harsher and hopefully starts the end of the Epstein Empire for good. Obviously in March and April this year, Iran reached most of its objective and destroyed most of US regime's assets across the region. That means destruction of majority of US regime's Central Command. So the next round the diameter of punishing the enemy will have to increase since the regime will no longer be able to launch any attacks on Iran from nearby bases (they are destroyed mostly) so they'll have to do it from much farther away. That means from their newly deployed carrier groups (the previous ones are incapacitated after being hit multiple times) in the Indian Ocean, from bases that are farther away like from occupied Palestine, Cyprus, Greece, Germany, England and other parts of Europe. Everything I named are already legitimate targets and could be destroyed next time.

Exactly right. People's historical memories are very short, because they think this is all happening at once, but the groundwork was laid for it years ago. What is happening in 2026 is nothing but its logical conclusion. Back then, the message to foreign navies was "you can pass if you follow our strict rules", for example, identify yourself in Farsi and switch your radar systems off, which was a big impediment, ... today's message is "you aren't allowed anywhere near here". That is a major step. Once they started losing bases, like those of the 5th Fleet in Bahrain, it became apparent that projecting naval power thousands of miles from home, which is impressive as it may be, cannot be sustained indefinitely ... sooner or later coastal superiority would revert to the border countries of the strait, as domestic coastal defences are difficult to overcome.

Btw, I remember someone who is not even American kept proudly claiming the US economy was not affected by this war at all. I no-longer waste time with such brainless US and Zionist state propagandists. There is not point of making them understand anything at all because they just have a pile of garbage inside their skulls If the US was doing just OK then why are their warships and some of their military still near the strait instead of being back home enjoying the so much preached American dream?

Neither side has respect for the other so agreement even with an intermediary remains quite unlikely. If there was a larger power to restrain both sides perhaps but that is not happening. The only path I see likely is Iran negotiating with its neighbours for a path forward out of this mess, it truely does not benefit anyone to impede business and the region is vulnerable to over reliance on this one particular sector with bulky transport to export.
Nobody is winning this but they could proceed with a less worse outcome that will eventually improve. USA should step back in some way so that local agreement could occur but that seems unlikely for now, it would take less ego or at least a desire just for less trouble. At present they are just going in circles unable to stop the nonsense.

Neither side has respect for the other so agreement even with an intermediary remains quite unlikely.
I used to follow this war and the news in the Straight of Hormuz but, it's just too tiring that no one wants to give the favor to each other. And that's why I no longer follow the news there. It's just interesting when there's this interview that I watched that come across my wall about that spokesperson of Iran and said that they're prepared no matter what retaliation will be done to them and the attacks, they're going to do whatever it takes even it's going to cause a doomsday destruction. Damn, those words are serious.

The US will not back down as long as Trump remains in power. He has discovered—quite unexpectedly for himself—an opportunity to make money. His political inner circle is also delighted by this; they possess insider information and trade securities based on it. This is no longer a secret to anyone. The "ginger parrot" himself speaks openly about it, failing to realize that it will eventually backfire on him. He is so foolish that he does not grasp the weight of his own words—words that will later prove useful to investigators and prosecutors.

Today I read a news report that four oil tankers were attacked in the Strait of Hormuz over the past 24 hours. Global trade is being disrupted; this situation will undoubtedly come back to haunt us in the form of inflation and poverty, and moreover, it will lead to nothing but a crisis in the financial markets. The return of traditional stock markets and cryptocurrencies to a bull market will be delayed because of what we are experiencing.
Undoubtedly, the main culprit is the United States, which disregards the territorial integrity of other countries and creates chaos and turmoil by meddling in their internal affairs.
If the United States had not pursued these aggressive and expansionist policies, the world would not be in the midst of this crisis today.
All the problems we are facing today are being created by people who have come here from across the ocean with predatory intentions.

I wouldn’t blame the U.S. alone. The problem runs somewhat deeper. In 2014, the whole world witnessed a similar incident when the terrorist russian army attacked Ukraine and began annexing foreign territories - territories that both the terrorist state of russia and international organizations should have respected and responded to immediately. That did not happen. What complaints are there against the U.S.? Especially since they aren’t seizing other countries’ lands, but are simply conducting a special military operation against a terrorist regime? Incidentally, that same year, 2014, gave rise to a problem with the supply of a very important resource, grain, to the global market, following the deliberate destruction of grain elevators, fields, and equipment by russian terrorists on Ukrainian territory, as well as the theft of grain from the elevators they managed to seizeand all this was met with nothing more than "concern"...

How many times do we have to say this? This war is not just about Trump or some personal agenda of his. This would've happened whoever became president this term. That is what US political establishment and actual terrorists really want. US has been doing this for decades. Its nothing new. If they feel you are threatening their hegemony, they will set you up or cook up some dumb excuse to go after you. Its hard to see how this war could actually end tbh.

I completely agree? the meaning of Trump’s life is power, money, and impunity. If there’s a way to make money and it won’t cause him any trouble, he’ll do it even if it means "walking over dead bodies"... True, he has a problem I’ve been talking about for a long time - for some reason, he’s decided that the methods he used in business work exactly the same way on the global stage and in politics. But that’s not the case. Besides, after so many incidents (where he’s frankly made a complete fool of himself), it’s not just Trump & Co.’s business reputation that’s taking a hit - it’s the entire country’s. But let’s see what the election brings… We’ve already had that open bribery scandal involving $5,000 - I guess we all realize the odds aren’t looking too good

What makes you think that none of this could have been avoided under a different president? Trump is a total loose cannon who acts as if he’s untouchable. He revels in his power so much that he can no longer imagine himself without it. He’s interested in money; that’s why he sought power in the first place. That is simply the kind of person he is. You shouldn't attribute those same qualities to others. There is no way of knowing what would have happened if someone else had taken office. Can the United States be considered a terrorist state today? To a certain extent, one could argue that. Recent actions point directly to this conclusion.
