I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years on this site. I have lost over 100k and i kept playing because i liked there sportsbook even though i lost almost every week for years. I have never won once a bigger amount.
I was fine with that because i just like sports betting and did have a few small wins in the hundreds,
I had few issues over the years but never anything that was complete scam until today,
I decide to make some bigger bets and i won i had 1600 usd in my account for the first time i won.
They told me in was under manual security review i was fine with that i waited over 14 hours and then they cancelled my withdrawal and said i won too much and they were going to keep my money..

Sorry, and I’m not saying you are lying or anything like that, but the screenshot you shared to back up your claims doesn’t prove anything. It only shows a rejected withdrawal request (I hope I'm reading it correctly).
What you really need to share is a screenshot of your conversation with customer support where they clearly said that they canceled your withdrawal and confiscated your money because you won “too much".

OP, if you want to convince anyone, you need to provide way more. I have a very hard time believing a casino would block an withdrawal of a mere 1650USD and saying you won too much. If that's true, then they are on verge of bankruptcy. Having used wolf.bet myself in the past, i have a very hard time believing this. Happy to be proven wrong.

I assume by your screenshot you still have access to your account. Maybe try posting chatlogs and betting history, otherwise you have 0 chance of getting anything done, anywhere. You don't need to prove your withdrawal was blocked, you need to prove WHY blocking it was unfair.

According to the statistics, you are indeed in good profit at Wolfbet. Moreover, the account isn't 5 years old. It was registered only 2 weeks ago. Like the other forum members have suggested above, add more evidence here.

Incomplete story made by a newbie without any historic, plus a empty screenshot as evidence, plus a claim that the support told him they won't pay him they will keep his winning because 1600$ is a big amount، against the accused who is a casino with strong reputation in the market, then deaseppearing after posting without replying to comments inviting him to provide accurate evidences.

Those aren't evidences that op might be a confirmed liar until he will come back and reply, but after the last notes made in above reply considering the used username, I can't avoid the doubt that he might be paid to damage the casino reputation or he is himself from a competitive casino. I wish I am wrong.

I have first hand experience with wolf.bet completely deleting my account from their site in spite of the fact that I had a balance.
They claimed their TOS at the time of my sign-up allowed them to do that... Although their current terms don't explicitly mention something about deleting user balances unilaterally...

I certainly don't trust them but it would be good if you could post more proof like your interactions with them

Why don't you begin by posting screenshots of the conversations you had with the customer support? Where they said that they had closed your account because you had won too much?

Also show us how much you deposited into wolfbet.com vs how much you withdrew.

Of course we are really sorry if you have an issue but it would be better to act honestly.
Try to "show" as much as possible... its not enough the comment "I can provide any proof" ok what proofs?
You had to show easily the chat or email where they confirm the reason your withdrawal has been rejected.
Just to be aware... I can create a "canceled withdrawal" in few seconds with few casino/bookmakers, so there is nothing strange on first proof.

Those are still not valid proofs my friend, I've never heard about that wolfbet and I feel bad for your loss but you said that you've been using the platform for 5 years and over those 5 years you only lost money on that platform or you took some profit as well? If you were able to withdraw your funds back then and now they're not allowing you to withdraw your funds then you might have some screenshots of the conversations with their customer support or a video recording of the chats that you had with the customer support because only those can somehow help you.

If that is the case it is straight up wrong.

show us how much you deposited into wolfbet.com vs how much you withdrew.

And what is that supposed to proof? Even if he deposited $0.1 and casino accepted the bets, casino has to pay. Casino used that UNPAID bet to promote its brand.
All that casino can do is to pay a legitimate winner (irrespective of how much he deposited/won) and then block/restrict his account, if casino thinks he (OP) somehow has an edge.

Also your deposit, where's the deposit TX?

These screenshots are not all not able to provide any explanations on what happens (even if this was true or not true it is still nothing to understand nothing of what happens).
Plus the same screenshots doesn't show the full page (likewise the big win... it's your account? the partial image of withdrawal why omitted?)
I agree with memehunter about deposit vs withdraw... this will not prove anything valid.

That's strange, they are using your bets for marketing purposes after blocking your withdrawal. Send a PM to Wolfbet representative by informing them about this thread. I hope they will give a reply to you here. We have rarely seen any accusation against Wolfbet here.

Can you elaborate more on this?
By closing an account, do you mean that you just abandoned it? And most importantly, why did you need to do so? Did you do this because your accounts got limited?
In any case, multi-accounting is not allowed on WolfBet and if you want to create a new account you need to inform them first and wait for their approval before doing so.

All casinos use their users’ big wins for promotional purposes and WolfBet are within their rights to do so according to their terms:

Wolfbet.com shall reserve the right to expose big winners for advertising purposes.

But I have to agree that it’s in poor taste to use a denied win for promotional purposes

i just checked with my wolfbet contact and was told your NBA bet was paid in full to your balance.
as for your 17,000 dogecoin withdraw, it was refunded back to your balance because you have exceeded your weekly withdraw limit, once the limits resets you can withdraw the rest of your funds.

if he showed the full withdrawas page (and shared other details he left out), he would have proved himself wrong.

i agree with you, except in OP case, his NBA bet wasn't unpaid or voided, all his wins were paid, he simply hit withdrawal limits (which he agreed to in the terms) as he already made multiple withdrawals in the past 7 days.
so instead of waiting for it to reset, he opened a scam accusation for no reason and is lying about getting scammed.
