What kind of dispute are you referring to? If you have a dispute in a casino and you contact support, they won't ask you your region except  it's a serious issue where they have to request for KYC from you (that's if they have not already done that before you started using the casino), if you give them your details and they tell you that you are restricted for gambling in a restricted region, you can as well tell them that the information of your country's restrictions was not stated in their rules and that's why you started using the website, if they won't let you continue gambling, they are supposed to let you withdraw your deposit or your wins before banning your account.

This is basically the situation as I'm facing for years because gambling is totally banned my country as it is considered as a crime based on the official law.

I guess that’s the risk when you gamble while knowing it’s illegal in your jurisdiction.
They say that having a license helps protect gamblers, but without it the risk becomes much higher.

So if a casino ends up scamming players who are living in a country where gambling is banned, those players can’t really expect help from their own government. Most of the time they will just stay silent, because they also know they could get penalized for violating the law in the first place.

So we can assume our country is being in the gray area, which i think i'd take the risk to gamble there. I believe when they're starting to blatantly ban our country. They would also notice us if our country is getting restricted, then order us to empty our bankroll. It's basically SOP that should be owned by any legitimate casino.
I don't think they would silently put our country to the ban list, then ban our account without even noticing us. Howeve, i don't rule out there is a shady casino that would also do that too.

This problem is currently a gray rule in almost every country, many countries do not allow gambling sites and many gambling sites do not include certain countries in the realm of their platform "Restricted countries".
