I hope this would help but I still think there is nothing better than educating the people. Prevention is better than cure but the bad side is that some people are not ready to learn until they are scammed. This can not completely eliminate crypto phishing and investment scam but I think it will help to some extent.

What do you think about this?
As far as I know there is no way to completely eliminate fraud or hack in cryptocurrency because that is being tied to real money and when sold or converted they would be definitely getting the equivalent to the preferred fiat they need. In even on our local currencies there are still no way to completely eliminate how people often fall into fraud or becoming a victim or hack around the space. Instead there will be a way to sanitize people and give them proper orientation regarding to their security and they hacker do launch attack or some phishing sites to people to click and become automatically victims of it.
Even if we can't eliminate scams entirely at least some effort and enforcement from government most especially inter governmental relations like this one will help to align most ads with international compliance.

Since one of their core duty is to flag scam cryptocurrency investment scheme like ponzi and other cloud related scams and hacks, this can limit the operation of those scammers, but as we have always Said let wait to see the implementation of this development.
I would say this will at least make the people aware of the situation but the problem is not the authority, its the people who get scam, even though they already know its a scam, they will still continue because they are already blinded by greed, at the same time if the authorities will make things difficult for this scammers by flagging them early it will make them silent or change tactics delaying their scheme, the best way is to block the site once its already been flag make them submit papers to make them legit, if not then they should be arrested.

Where crime prevails and people get to benefit from big in it, don’t just assume those criminals are mere ones. As you’re upping your security system to stop them from earning through this scam methods, they’re also trying to look for ways to better their strategy to disrupt your counter strategy on them. It may end up being a war between them and a challenge to do better and better one’s security system. This I know will further mitigate how these scammers get to benefit from these scams, but I’m convinced enough that it won’t completely eliminate it. Like the OP said, some people will be scammed before they take on preventive measures next time.
Many people are becomes victims to this scammers not only because they are careless or they have less understanding about Bitcoin, but because this scammer upgrade all there knowledge on how to defraud people in other to gain more access to there target audience.
This scammers do also have connections with some top influencial people who will do all they can to protect this scammers because they also get some reasonable percentage of the successful business they do, and won't stop at anything to protect there sour e of income.

As the world advances in technology, fraudsters are also advancing in terms of technology. Nowadays, many people fall prey to fraudsters, basically their traps are so dangerous that when a person enters there, he has to come out of it as a victim of fraud. Fraudsters create targets in such a way that people will fall into the trap, so it is most important to be careful before doing anything nowadays. Fraudsters have the hands of many influential people who get a big percentage of money from them and therefore cooperate with them to make them successful. Fraudsters basically increase their source of income in this way, besides they are very intelligent and knowledgeable, they know very well how to cheat people. That is why every person should work carefully on online platforms and refrain from trusting anyone too much.

If we don't set a loophole for them to use against us, they may never gain access. Major hacking events do happen the moment we fail to understand what is at stake in anything we are doing. We keep on emphasizing that people learn about scams and other security measures that can prevent us from these hackers, but the less people are informed about all the strategies, the better for them to get us caught with their tactics.

Managing your own digital assets is far better than handing them over to others without being able to access your assets. This must not happen, such offers usually make profits that are far beyond what is reasonable.

This really good that the law enforcement are stepping up. But also just so you know that if a scammed should love your crypto, you getting it back it fucking impossible.

The police can get hold the scammer but your funds is usually gone forever in most cases. That why protecting it from the first place is the only protecting. Scammers will have no business, once we come to stop chasing all this quick money and all this fake fast promises.

Do well to hold and protect your keys and avoid patronizing random people you don’t know. We can’t wait for our government to come protect our bag.
There is need for proper consumer reimbursement, because that is the only way the law can be complete, if a scammers get caught and the asset he stole get confiscated, it need to get back to the victims, that is the only way this could become a complete inter governmental relations for cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Just like what we have being reading about binance hacked coins recovery, the good thing is that those stablecoins can easily be freeze and recollected back, so what happened if the scam is in form of an investment scheme.

Hackers and scammers are way smarter than we take them to be they know how to gain access to their victims all they need is to understand the weakness of their targets then they will strike when you least expected them. Scammers are advancing in technology with the help of artificial intelligence they know how to manipulate things to gain access to the computer of people but if people put more effort in creating security awareness scammers will go hungry. People don't need to learn all the strategies of scammers they need to know different security measures to avoid being scammed if they can have good security measures when the scammers wants to attack them they can resist them with the security measures they have.

Loopholes aren’t something that is intentional set or put in place. The only way around this is when a member on a team about the security of certain cryptocurrency services have being compromised. Other than this, loopholes is what these hackers seek to find in other to perpetuate their activities.

In the same way, I don’t think people don’t I understand what’s at stake when they own crypto assets, every one does and knows it ought to be protected but, their are always room for mistakes. People tend to be negligent at times and it always comes at a great cost.

You might be well informed on the various strategies scammers use to source and exploit their victim but, you can only hope they don’t find a means to tell you all the right things you hope to hear.
