First, you do not know that -- sure some will come, but whether it will become a thing or be widely used is unknown. Second, you can't play anything on a small screen beautifully. You defeated your own argument without even realizing it. The utility of a smartphone comes from being a daily driver, and because it is so accessible that is why people play games on it. Another device becoming a daily driver does not have the same utility because it is not the first daily device, it is meaningless in comparison to a smartphone. Actually, even though the games you mentioned are simplified, I personally think that the screen of the digital watch will still be small, from setting the odds to checking my balance, they will have to struggle a lot to trace everything.
And on such a small screen, the chances of miss taps will be much higher, which will result in a risk of loss in gambling. And that is why we still do not see any good or crypto connected casinos. I don’t know if there is a smartwatch that can be able to download any casino platform in it; but I think it is possible because smart watches if nowadays are having similar functionality which include accessing your phone through your smartwatches, so if you can access internet in your smartwatch, I think casino platforms will be possible even though it will not be through app; and as long as you can access App Store in your watch then it is possible to have the casino app in your phone or to have access to casino platform through browser in your smartwatch.

Yes, it will be very difficult to manage all the options when gambling on a smartwatch. You're right, when it comes to playing in a casino it's better on a big screen I think that watches, however advanced they may be, should have other purposes, for example, health-related, like checking blood pressure, taking heart measurements, alerting you via sensors when your heart is starting to beat too fast, other things, but using them for games and casinos isn't very feasible.

Both of you have a point, however, the smartwatch casino applications are as of now very far off becoming feasible. It is not only the demand that is the biggest problem, the screen size and lack of interaction makes most casino games challenging to play at best and operate even worse. Playing games typically involves concentration, graphics, and intuitiveness, which cannot be offered by smartwatches at the moment. Though the industry is never static, as the competition can always force casinos to consider new mediums, more likely we will witness smartwatches to either receive announcements or check accounts but not to play games. It is not impossible but the technology and habits of the users are not quite that.
