It’s really good to see Neymar play in the World Cup again, so the question in this thread has already been answered….but I don’t think Brazil are part of the favorite to win this World Cup even with Neymar included, so the dream of Neymar winning the World Cup in his possibly last tournament is something I don’t consider  because of the loaded squad France are going to enter this World Cup with along with other very good squads from other national teams.
