I’ve used this service several times in the past, and it has always worked well. However, be CAUTIOUS NOW when creating an exchange, as I’ve run into an issue.
I started an exchange yesterday, and my funds are still locked (20+ hours). I’m still waiting, and it seems they don’t have the funds, even though they accepted the exchange.

I’ll update this post as soon as I have more information.

-- I suggest avoiding exchanges for now until the issue is resolved. --

Yes, we have encountered some difficulties with certain exchanges due to a new liquidity provider. We are addressing this issue and are very close to a resolution. These exchanges will be completed soon.
I'm planning to make a review about this exchange tomorrow, so should I pause or continue with regard to what you have said. Because precautions is better than cure as our people used to say.

Is this also the reason for the delisting of 0trace from Orangefren?
I saw their announcement, though it doesn't exactly clarify what’s going on either.

What will the new liquidity partner mean for your no-KYC policy?

I'm writing about a serious issue with 0trace.

I have previously used this exchange hundreds of times without an issue, but my most recent exchange is stuck on processing for more than 5 hours.

Usually, I wouldn't be so worried about this, but even worse is that their live chat is not responding. Normally they respond within a minute. This time they haven't responded to me in hours.

Since they are not responding to me, I have no choice but to ask here on bitcointalk what is going on. They have mentioned a issue with a liquidity provider. If this is the case, why not put exchanges on pause as you have done many times before? And why is no one responding to me?

Please fulfill my exchange as soon as possible, or refund my money.

Thanks.

so why don't you stop new exchanges? And another suspicious behavior is putting 1k$ as minimum for new exchanges.

CAUTION!
Started an exchange more than 40 hours ago and it still hasn't been completed. Support STOPPED REPLYING! Small amounts were exchanged without any problems, but as soon as I sent a large amount, the exchange still hasn't been made. Looks like a SCAM. If anything changes, I'll update the review.

This could indicate an issue with the liquidity provider; however, if the amount exceeds $7,000, please contact @icopress and provide proof of the transaction.

so why don't you stop new exchanges?
That seems like a reasonable point.

The amount was several times bigger. I'm new to this forum, so I don't really get how everything works here or what @icopress could even do to help. Could you explain in more detail?

Exchanges are still being accepted, and what's more, the minimum is $1k. NO SUPPORT! NO INFO!
If I had issues with my own project, I wouldn't let anyone doubt that it works for even a minute! I think we all know what's happening...  So there's probably no "liquidity provider" at all.

Honestly, I don't like everything that is happening around 0trace these days. From their last post here, they're obviously aware of the problem, even suggesting @Chilwell refrain from using it until they confirm they've fixed the issues.
It is true that they have now raised the minimum exchange amount from the previous ~$40 to the current $1000+, which is completely the opposite of what you do when the service is in maintenance mode.
A temporary halt would certainly cause less damage than continuing with work while the service is only partially functional

I’ve also run into an issue on this site where an exchange didn’t go through. It’s been two days since the exchange, and now they’ve stopped responding to my messages.

I am facing the same issue and I hope to get in touch with @icopress too.

Unfortunately this user is correct. He has just messaged me on Telegram, and I confirm the following:

- A 5000 USDT TRC20 to XMR swaps from two days ago was not completed by 0trace
- The order ID has been deleted
- The user has contacted 0trace through the live chat widget who replied the order will be processed soon, but up until now there was no follow up
- The user did not download the letter of guarrantee (this was not wise, but it does not make the operational issuee OK).
-- This confirms the user did not use the BitMixList swap widget to perform the swap at 0trace because we require users to download the letter before they can proceed

We need 0trace's response for this. This is a very bad situation right now.

Here is the information I received from the project yesterday.

We’re having some minor issues with our provider, but we’re working on it. Once the matter is resolved, we will resume payouts.

I said this in a PM and I will say it here (since none of those who wrote to me can send a letter of guarantee).

A guarantee letter is unrelated to whether your exchange, order, or the link to your order has been suspended or deleted. In fact, it serves as your safety net for such scenarios; users should never initiate a transaction without first downloading the guarantee letter.

This is precisely the purpose of independent verification services to stand on the side of the affected party should such an event occur - since a PGP signature cannot be forged.

What you’re saying is correct, but when they set out to commit fraud, they bypassed the steps involving letters of guarantee.

Most likely, we won't see any more payouts. The $1k threshold wasn't raised for no reason — it was most likely to collect more money: small transactions would generate a lot of complaints, while large ones generate fewer, giving them time to build up a bigger stash before the final scam. A full day of silence from support, unfortunately, confirms this. It's really sad...
No wonder they offered the best rate on the day of the exchange... Their escrow deposits are peanuts compared to how much money they'll steal.
