Gambling is okay even if you're losing. It doesn't matter if you're winning or losing, what matter is you taking control of gambling and not allowing gambling to take control of you. Going by the idea shared in the video, it means gambling is never OK because there is no way you keep winning. Gamble with amount you can afford to lose, don't let gambling interfere with your important activities. Gambling can still be bad for you even if you're winning but you're addicted.

The thing there is that there are people who are only playing or gambling with nothing but the expectation of only winning, so whenever they play, they only wanna keep winning and nothing more than that, so whenever the losses come along, they become very disappointed and it basically ruins their mood.

I'd say that is the wrong mentality to view gambling. You should absolutely expect to lose in gambling and that has to be your starting point, that way you won't overstretch and put down too much money on a single chance. Just think that somebody has put a colossal amount of effort into building a company that specializes in gaming and accurately predicting sports odds - they did that because they want to take peoples money, not as an act of charity where they intend to give it all away. I don't know what kind of pleasure a player can get when he rarely wins and mostly loses. It seems to me that if you are into gambling, you'll expect to win, even if your winnings are insignificant. Yes, but the main idea is that everyone loves to win, but no one knows exactly how long it will last. For example, I will win today, and then 3 more days in a row, and I will think about whether to take my winnings or stop playing.
