I haven't tried memorizing it like you did though, as I doubt that I could actually remember it over longer period of time. Maybe if I were in my 20s, but now my memory its not what its used to be.

Using your brain and memory for remembering your wallet mnemonic seed (seed phrase) is only possible if you have only one or two wallets, if you have more than two wallets, this task becomes more impossible.

In addition, memory is short lasting, not long lasting so if you don't train your brain by recalling the seed phrase regularly like daily, you will forget it after some days, one week or several weeks. This raise a need of practicing with your brain very often, and I recommend doing this daily.

Even so, you will never know what will happen with your brain and memory and any accident might possibly cause memory loss, so let's say Bitcoin users should never rely on memory for wallet backup while I agree that if using your brain and memory as a supplementary wallet backup method is good. Just don't only use it as your only wallet backup method.

I have secured my seed phrase in multiple places, so even if one of my backups is damaged, another will recover my hardware wallet. Both have secured themselves far from each other, so it's quite impossible to damage them all together.

And keeping multiple backups is more important; if one is damaged or lost, then another backup will recover the wallet. Making multiple wallet backups is good, and storing these backups at different places is good too but all backups and all places must be safe and secure. As if only one of wallet backup is stolen, accessible by someone else, the fund in that wallet will be stolen.

Remember, if someone steals your wallet seed phrase, whether it's metal plates or paper writing, your funds will be stolen as well.

With the wallet seed phrase, there is  no need of wallet password, as it's easily to import that seed phrase and access the wallet with a new setup wallet password to make the previous wallet password means nothing.

The wallet password is only for protecting and locking access to that wallet in a device but it does not have any protection function if wallet seed phrase was lost to someone else.

Ideally it should, but not everyone has the luxury of having two secure locations (and by two scure locations I don't mean 2 separate roms inside the same house apartment)  in order to safely store their seed phrases. Hell, you should consider yourself lucky if you even have one.

It's cheaper and easier to engrave and is quite durable. We can purchase steel plates from any shop and write our backup on it ourself.
To write the backup we can simple use a sharp object like a nail or a knife or screw driver and then write the backup on the steel plate.
We can then cover the steel plate in a metal box and keep it at a secure location, away from easily accessible places.

Probably the best thing to back up your seed phrase for sure, I usually just put it on in my notebook but I realize that it wasn't really safe when it comes to fire, so I upgraded to something like this, a metal backup seed, not usually accessible to some on the investors and most are cost a lot in some brands, but I found some cheap metal alloy seed phrase storage for less than 10$ on some local platform here in my country, but it was from china I think, it work well i think but you could do some DIY buy some metal stainless steel cards online for like 1$ each and laser engrave it.

I think it is already great for newbies since it was just cheap, so you could invest on it already since it's worth the money in my opinion because it is your wallet backup, you dont want to end up some guy on the internet where he has a huge amount of Bitcoin on his wallet, but forget or lose his seed phrase because he lost his notebook and doesn't have any kind of backup. So I think it's worth the small investment, but still you could do any kind of backup that you want, hardware, software etc.

I actually remembered that I wanted to buy something like that before and it completely slipped my mind - I just remembered now when I clicked on that link. However, I would only buy a product that has been tested so I know what to expect if a disaster occurs. I appreciate those producers who make tests and actually show what they offer.

You must have one of these Backup seeds, with several specifications and durability that have been tested, of course you know which one is the best and worth it for you to buy as a safe backup seed in all conditions.

Actually, it depends on how many assets you have, if you have an estimated asset that can even buy more than 10 safe places, I think it's easy to own it.
Usually assets with thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars are saved for the long term as an investment that is expected to provide tremendous returns in the future,
or as an inheritance for posterity that can potentially provide greater benefits later and choosing safe places or some Seed Backup really needs to be considered even though the price is quite expensive.

It is agreed that this is a very durable way of storing your seed phrase but also be mindful to not allowing the metal plate been exposed and make sure not to loose it by dropping it somewhere you can't remember, these and many other disadvantages that does comes with it.

If it is too expensive, then use a storage and backup method that matches your capacity. It would be strange if you spent more money to secure your wallet, but the value inside it is not proportional. Maybe beginners will think more about how to increase the Bitcoin they have first before securing their wallet. 

However, both will be important to plan. Investments made will gradually grow. But wallet security must also be considered. We must not make mistakes due to our own negligence.
