I am a Sapphire VIP player on Shuffle (Username: Eterna).
​My Statistics (Last 30 Days):
​Total Wager: $393,257
​Net Loss: -$3,870
​The Issue:
Despite being one of their top-tier players, Shuffle has completely SILENCED me. I am being subjected to a systematic communication blackout because I requested my earned Loss-back and Retention rewards.
​Current Situation:
I have never been assigned a VIP Host at Sapphire level.
​Support Emails: I have sent multiple emails, and I am receiving ZERO response.
​Live Support: They have restricted my access or are simply ghosting my inquiries.
​Chat Ban: I have been banned from the site chat to prevent me from warning other players about this treatment.
​Conclusion:
Is Shuffle facing liquidity issues? Why is a Sapphire player with nearly $400k monthly volume being treated like a criminal? Closing communication channels is the first sign of a platform that doesn't intend to honor its VIP commitments.
​I am requesting a senior manager to contact me immediately. I will keep this thread updated daily until my VIP rights and rewards are restored.

It's understandable that you're upset, especially with that large volume of money. But that doesn't always mean the platform is having money problems; it could be an account review or some internal rule.

Now, being ignored like that as a VIP is really strange. The best thing to do is keep trying to contact them and expose the situation elsewhere to see if you get a response.

Because this kind of treatment really doesn't make sense for a player of this level.

That would be a very odds behavior coming from a casino like shuffle. Not doubt about it.
Perhaps this thread would be more suitable for the scam accusation section of the forum, even though it is obviously about a casino allegedly not honoring their promises to VIP gamblers.

Honestly, with such huge amount of volume and accumulated wager, I would never expect to be ghosted by staff like you allegedly were.

Let us see if the administration of the casino or some of their representatives here can give some explanation to all of this...

Thank you for your reply.
I completely understand that platforms sometimes have internal checks, but in this case there is no account issue, no self-exclusion, and no violation on my side. I am a legitimate Sapphire VIP player who has wagered $393,257 in the last 30 days only.
The problem is very simple and unacceptable:
I have never been assigned a VIP Host (even though Sapphire level normally includes one).
All my attempts to contact support and management have been ignored.
I have been banned from site chat with zero explanation or warning.
This is not normal customer service for a top-tier VIP player with this wager volume. Many other high-rollers on Bitcointalk have received much faster and more professional treatment from Shuffle.
I have already sent a detailed PM to ndumm and I expect a proper response from the team (either assign a host or explain + fix the chat ban). Public threads like this usually help to get attention when private messages are ignored.
I am not here to cause drama — I just want basic VIP treatment that matches my activity level.
If Shuffle continues to stay silent, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue further (reviews, more public posts, etc.).

This should be moved to Reputation or Scam Accusations board as it's more appropriate there.

For a VIP I think that's an unacceptable behavior by the casino if ever all of these are true and to you OP hope you did find some light on your issue and it couldn't be some liquidity issue but it's really difficult to think you're being left out. Good luck with that.

Also if you want to make accusations then the OP must follow the rules so that it can be read properly all the forms of demands against the casino that are problematic and can be followed up by someone who might help mediate your complaint sir, it will be very useful, not a few problems have been resolved properly here and connect between casino representatives and customers who have complaints.

​@ndumm - Take note.
​I am a Sapphire VIP with a $393,257 monthly wager and have been a loyal player for 3 YEARS. Despite this, Shuffle continues to hide behind 'internal criteria' to deny me a VIP HOST. This is a complete joke for a top-tier rank.
​Current Status:
​NO VIP HOST: 3 years of high volume and still ignored by management.
​ACCESS BLOCKED: My Live Support and internal messaging are still restricted.
​COMPENSATION: A small 7-day reload does NOT fix 3 years of missing VIP services and being silenced.
​I demand a NEW VIP HOST, FULL ACCESS, and REAL COMPENSATION for the professional neglect I’ve faced. I will not close this thread until these are met.

Hello ndumm,
I received a reply from Tim (Shuffe Support) today regarding my issue.
In his email, Tim stated that Shuffle is "not in a position to offer a VIP host" to me, even though I am Sapphire VIP with $393,257 wager in the last 30 days.
This is completely unacceptable.
To clarify the facts:
I have never been assigned any VIP Host at Sapphire level.
I have been fully blocked from all support channels (emails, tickets, and site chat) with zero explanation.
I have been a player on Shuffle for 3 years.
Sapphire VIP is supposed to include a dedicated personal host and proper support. Instead, I am receiving zero communication and no VIP benefits despite extremely high wagering volume.
I kindly but firmly request your immediate personal intervention to resolve this by:
Assigning me a dedicated VIP Host right away, or
Having a senior manager explain why this is happening and remove all blocks on my account.

First of all, not a scam.
Second, you make it sound like you are such a big player, but you aren't. It doesn't matter what your wager is the past month, what matter is your overall wager/VIP level.

You said you are Sapphire 3, which requires 3,300,000 XP . Sapphire 4 requires 3,800,00 XP, so you should be between that.

I mean, it's an ok wager and a pretty high level (don't get me wrong), but this doesn't bring you top tier I think. Look at stake for example you get the host at 2.5 million guaranteed, since it's written in their rules. Shuffle just states: "You can also unlock VIP Host services when you reach a high level."
Can, not guaranteed.

I am plat 6 on stake for example, with over 10 million in wager, yet I don't get the VIP treatment you would expect or wish for. Sometimes it is what it is.

Instead of dismissing my $393,000 30-day wager as "insignificant," read the issue.
I'm a Sapphire VIP, but I've never been assigned a VIP Host and I've been completely blocked from support. It's that simple.
I don't care if you calculate XP or say "not guaranteed." I expect a solution, not advice.
Know your place and don't make pointless comments.

All communication channels have been closed; stop acting like an authorized representative of Shuffle. I know the issue isn't just about VIP hosting, and that Shuffle isn't a scam site. Please keep your statements to yourself.
