I received a reply from Tim (Shuffe Support) today regarding my issue.
In his email, Tim stated that Shuffle is "not in a position to offer a VIP host" to me, even though I am Sapphire VIP with $393,257 wager in the last 30 days.
This is completely unacceptable.
To clarify the facts:
I have never been assigned any VIP Host at Sapphire level.
I have been fully blocked from all support channels (emails, tickets, and site chat) with zero explanation.
I have been a player on Shuffle for 3 years.
Sapphire VIP is supposed to include a dedicated personal host and proper support. Instead, I am receiving zero communication and no VIP benefits despite extremely high wagering volume.
I kindly but firmly request your immediate personal intervention to resolve this by:
Assigning me a dedicated VIP Host right away, or
Having a senior manager explain why this is happening and remove all blocks on my account.

However, I still have no VIP Host assigned despite being Sapphire VIP with $393k wager.
I would like Shuffle to publicly explain in my Bitcointalk thread why they cannot provide a VIP Host to a Sapphire level player with this volume.
