i'm sorry, but how is "cancel" almost always used to close the popup? first time hearing that. "cancel" on anything bonus related, always meant you are canceling the bonus.
and i don't know how you could have the confused the cancel button for clossing the popup, when it had a clear X for closing it?
https://talkimg.com/images/2026/03/25/UvJvqT.pngbut i have to agree with you on not having a confirmation warning, if someone clicks forfeit by mistake, there is nothing they can do.
Again, this is just a dark UI pattern they were aware of. I design and develop interfaces for a living, and I can guarantee you that a 'cancel' button, especially in grey, is very commonly used to close modals. Destructive actions are very often red, and basically always require a confirmation (like they do in the bonus page, but not in the modal).
Also to answer the person above: this is the literal definition of a 'Dark UI pattern'. As for the section itself, I just think a trustworthy casino could have just aknowledge the honest mistake on my end, and the clear mistake on their end, and just reactivated the bonus. They didn't, I think that's worthy of being reported. If not, feel free to remove this thread, I got nothing else to add here.
