Hey again everybody.

I have been working on this project for about a week now, done a couple of website revisions and gotten some great feedback from the community. The main issues I have been having with this is the website design. I know its very lowtech, I'm not the best web developer(unless netscape 4 was recent tech LOL) and I am seeking assistance with developing the site with the most recent tech in an effort to make this look more appealing. All I'm asking for is what people think would be the right way to go? how high tech will this take to be taken seriously? obviously things need to be crisper and im definitely working on that. so what do you all think? where should I go for help?

I'm also offering money for a developer, but I haven't raised much to do it. if anybody feels charitable I'll find a way to make it worth your while.
