Second, the support chat is natively on Germer. I can't speak German, it should be on English by default.

I tried checking out their site too, and yeah, it is somewhat slow, but it eventually loaded all of its assets.
This was on a mobile browser, though.

Also, yes, their support chat is in German, not sure why, probably because these guys are based there?
They also allow sign-up through Telegram, making the registration a breeze, and apparently, they have an app too? Haven't tried it yet.

Only the extra 7% on top of your crypto deposit isn't tied to wagering requirements. Your main deposit still needs to be wagered X times like in any other online casino, and you will most probably lose the bonus and your real-money deposit, trying to meet the playthrough requirements.
