So what that they operate under different licenses? The Curacao license is just a title license. It used to be 40$ for a license. Now it's $40k, which is still a miniscule amount for these large casinos.

But th evidence making Rainbet and Stake look the same is not based on the license.
They use the same marketing, Rainbet has no public owner, and even Rainbet is allowed to advertise on Stske's kick platform.

There's actually many clues that point to the fact that Rainbet might be related.

Honestly, I can still see a far gap between both companies, it's not a bad idea if Rainbet decides to adopt a strategy that an old casino used which favoured them, so they (Rainbet) decided to apply it too, that could be what just happened there and nothing more. I've seen that stake pushes their ads more than any other casino that I know, even more than rainbet does.

There's some speculation going on that Rainbet and Stake might be related.

It kind of makes sense if you consider it.
Stake.com ownership company had to spend tens of millions to acquire licenses to operate in US/UK and still it's having a hard time breaking local oligopolies that had a head start with licenses and advertising. It accepted the route of going legit in markets that mattered at least and it is probably hurting their downline.

Then sometime along the line rainbet came along using very similar marketing and techniques as stake used to do. Essentially they double down on everything stake did and worked to earn them more viewers. Targeted promotion through edgy streamers, guerilla marketing with clippers on major social media.

Then Rainbet is also very active on kick which is owned by Stake founders.

While there might not be direct papertrail connecting the two, as both casinos legally speaking are based on a plethora of shell companies, offshore entities and so called "title licenses" that don't provide any real regulation like Curacao licenses. The main difference is that Stake has actually gotten some "legal" licenses that allow it to operate in countries with gambling regulation legally.

It's an interesting observation, that's for sure, and a shrewd business that is hitting the limits of it's reach or wants to diversify - which can offer lots of benefits, starts buying up other companies. Imagine you are a big gambler but for whatever reason have a bad experience on Stake, then you swear off it and start searching for another home, you'll begin looking at some of the next biggest casinos/bookmakers and Rainbet is quite well known. Equally, if certain countries fall out with the Stake.com management for whatever reason and they block the Stake site, they might not realize that Stake has acquired other companies and that allows a ban to be circumvented. There's all sorts of reasons that might lead the biggest player in the market to buy up smaller competitors.

I think I agree with you because using the acquisition of US license to connect two casino is a lame reason, there should be solid evidence to come to such conclusion. I understand that the issue is not a negative one since both casinos are reputable and among the biggest in the industry so the connection does not have any negative connotations. But it is still right to avoid wrong assumptions especially when both casinos have not come out to say that they are one and the same.

Yes, I totally agree with what you just said above regarding Rainbet Casino just adopting a working strategy that an older casino have used before and succeeded in its casino operation business across the globe. And for the fact that they both accepted to use the same strategy, doesn't make them been own by the same company. However, there is one thing which O.P said which I have personally noticed which these two casinos have in common, which is by aggressively promoting it's services through the use of clippers on the most popular social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. And they are commonly been promoted on Meme Instagram theme pages, which usually gets millions of views. And I'm pretty much sure that these promotions have really been effective by giving them these awareness they needed in getting the brand known globally.
