Has anyone else experienced being incredibly bored of slot games and not even wanting to hear their sound even for a split second?

I have not for slots, since it's not my favorite i barely play slots. For someone to reach such level of fatigue, such gambler must have played in excess, playing slots is so much enjoyable, I still wish i had free funds to spare.

I've had this experience in sports betting, now i can go weeks without betting, unlike some time ago when i try to keep up with every big games, especially weekend games, I'm at the point where I barely keep track on upcoming matches.

On a side note, if you ever want to get rid of thoughts to play a certain game, maybe try to convince yourself that it's boring answering to yourself with all the reasons why it's a fatiguing game whenever you think of playing it.

I don't  know about others but as  for me it doesn't work. Unless an individual undergo such an experience that will make them do just like the one you just explained then it won't work.

You can't  convince yourself that a particular game  is boring when infact you enjoy playing it , I mean you can't have the  thoughts of doing what you don't  enjoy right? So my first point still stands about getting  rid of it.

I got so bored that I almost puked on the last slot game that I played. It's also after a very bad losing streak, losing like $100 in the process. After experiencing continuous losses (even though I could afford them) I can't help but think slots are incredibly boring and not worth spending any time on. I tried several games, even went for lower volatility and for promos but still the losses kept piling up. In the end the urge to give up was incredibly large.

Now I'm at a point where I can't even conceive the idea of playing slots again. I've never experienced losing money so fast in any other casino game. Even if you want to exercise restraint, with slots, you simply can't. Maybe it's a logical phobia that I developed but I think it might also be just bordom.

That is my problem with slots, when comes to comparing them with the rest of casino games which are available. It feels slots are specifically designed to drain one's money as fast as possible with a fast-paced mechanic and with features which do not allow us to have much control, or management of risk, at all dices and plinko are as fast-paced as we make them to be.
With slots, it seems it is not a choice to go slow and manage one's bankroll carefully.

Anyways, it makes sense you have developed some fatigue when you have already depleted your dopamine and you don't seen to get any meaningful dopamine high from slots.

I think that is a good approach, in life when things get boring, we should step back a bit and take a short break so that we can get our heads right, in this example, playing slot games as it could really be tiring specially the losses that you suffered.

slot game I don't find it boring but its sound is very boring. When I have free time, I enjoy some time, it relieves me a lot of fatigue. Yeah, exactly - it’s the same cycle on repeat, only sped up enough to make it feel like something’s happening.

I'm in the same situation because of losses. Having this thoughts that you can lose your money fast and can't do anything to maximize the chance to win discourage me to play slots again.
