https://www.beloud.com/news/130912191This is indeed an ugly experience, the lives of innocent people have been wasted for no cause. Well, thank God for the intervention of the security agencies. But I feel placing curfew is not enough, further investigation should be carried out to ensure these gunmen are brought to book, and a drastic action should be taken against them to preven further occurrence.
What is your take on this?
On Sunday 29/3/2026 being Palm Sunday that the attack was carried out in Jos is one of the saddest days in Nigeria, where citizens are killed like animals and nothing will be done about it by the federal government just as the case of Benue that has been swept under the carpet, the introduction of curfew won't be a remedy to the situation, what I expected the federal government to do is to go after the pepertrators of the ugly act because they know them and those behind it, it was a horrible scene to behold.
Curfew will cause more hardship in the town because people can't move freely and go about their business freely in that area, they will live in perpetual fear. This terrorist should be haunted and brought to book, the federal government can do it but they feel reluctant to protect the lives of Nigeria which will result to self defense by the citizens, in as much as they have placed curfew they should also go after them in their camps and destroy them in totally, enough of the killings.
