I mean I’m not sure if this is just me, but I’ve noticed this pattern many times.
For example, I win around $500 then I withdraw $400 to secure profit. After that, I continue playing with the remaining $100.
But somehow, I can’t win anymore and I just lose everything that’s left.

I mean how could that be possible, is this a pattern? Well, that's something I experienced recently and it keeps bugging me that I probably get back that money that I just withdrawn to my bankroll and keep playing on it. I wouldn't say that this is a pattern for me, but definitely I have experienced this as well. I will withdraw my winnings and just left my initial balance and then play again to see if I can stretch my luck that day.

There's no way to manage balance in this case because I have done so many of the times and the only thing logical I do is to quit for the day, no matter how interesting it gets.
The control you can muster at the moment to ignore the greed to win again and therefore lose all the remaining balance, is what should be learnt, because I know the house edge would try to prevent you from winning further and the excitement of you winning has already put you in an emotional state that may be hard to notice on time, until you lose it all or learn to control yourself from experience.

I don’t really experience things like this, even after withdrawing my profits, sometimes am always lucky to keep on winning, and if am unlucky, then am going to lose, and if I notice that the loss is too much, am just going to stop gambling for that moment, I won’t want to lose everything which am having left in my casino wallet. Yes, I do. That's why it's so important to secure profit first.
Imagine you didn't place any withdrawal and you just continued gambling, there's a high possibility you'd lose all the money on the spot.

I am very different from you, this makes me not to have experienced this before. If I win $500, I am not longer gambling that week anymore. I will withdraw the money immediately and the money is not going back to gambling site. I think you've stated a possible reason for your problems, and since you've even identified the problem, the solution becomes easier.

So later on in the future when you get to win a huge amount from gambling again and go ahead to withdraw your profits, it becomes possible for you to now still maintain discipline and gamble with the amount left by exercising control. I know the temptation to become reckless and abandon discipline will be there, but that becomes your job to defeat it.

Well, I think generally, gambling is like this, one starts to lose money after a major win, this is why most of the time, if after a major and the gambler is not sensible well enough to withdraw some money off from the casino, he or she may likely end up losing every thing he or she won including the capital back to the casino..

Just wondering why you withdraw your profit? Maybe you didn't gain much from what you are playing right? or maybe you want to roll out more and use your capital to gain lots of profit?
