So finally, Bivol will be back in action after a long lay-off. To be honest, i'm not too familiar with Eifert and i could say that this will serve just a tune-up fight for Bivol before his 3rd showdown with Beterbiev, noting against Eifert but this is just the way i saw it as Bivol is just a tough nut to crack and now it's only Beterbiev that has the chance to defeat him.
Yeah, very interesting that Bivol will come out after a long hiatus and fight a no-name fighter. Maybe he is in the top 5 of any division not sure though. But I do agree that this could be a a tune up fight for Bivol. He needs to shake up that ring rust first and maybe go after a trilogy with Beterbiev.
Beterbiev though is the older of the two and that defeat shows that father time is catching up with him. But if he wants to have that one last big fight with a huge paycheck, then he should look for a 3rd fight.
No odds for this fight yet. It was reported that this fight will be in the under card Oleksandr Usyk V Rico Verhoeven. But now it will be it's own card.
