Which do you trust more? Sports bettting or gambling games

I just (yeah, literally JUST now) had a random thought and it makes sense in my head.

So, the thing is do you feel that there is no manipulation when you make sports bets compared to when you play casino games? I mean, with former, you look at odds, and if you like you make a bet and sports is viewable by everybody, results are obvious, if you win the bet, you get the relevant amount back. See, everything is crystal clear, isn't it?

Now, question is same as title, so read the same and respond.

PS: I am not talking about match fixing and stuff like that. Please refrain from making comments about same.

It depends on casino games, there’s provably fair games which offer full transparent games.

Between slot games and sports betting I will go for sports betting since the actual sports game itself is not directly connected to the bet we are making since you already exclude the match fixing possibility.

Slot games are close source so there’s always a bit of doubt for me on that games since those games are pure on trust basis with the provider.

Sports is more control for the bettor vs slots that are completely random. You have better odds on sports even though you cannot win a massive jackpot on just 1 lucky spin.

i trust more on sports because this is very much obvious when you are a fan of the sports as well. a boxing match is always what it is and the bookmarker provides the odds. whoever is the underdog, usually loses.

and you being the fan of the sport will very likely understand the position of the fighter.  regardless of the odds, you have pretty much idea of what the outcome is. its not even the trust you can give to the sports betting site but your trust to the fighter. compare to a casino which you probably wanted to find out how fair their games are.

It's not about "which do I trust more?"... it's more like "why would I trust either"?

We can say sports betting feels more trustworthy because it's out in the open, but do you know who sets the odds, and how they do it? It's created to make money for the sports books, so we still play against the odds. Maybe we have stats, we know teams & players, and it's like more logical to come up with some bet, but still, how many of us are really winning in the long run?

And what to say about casino games... we should know that the math is against us, there are no illusions. It's just spin & go. If we are lucky, we will win... if we lose... I hope you have enough money for the next bet.

In sportbet, you have a certain percentage to determine the outcome of the game through your analysis and research based on the knowledge you have on the clubs playing. Even the bookies cannot get it all right when setting the odd, when you can use that to beat the bookie.

In casino games, it's different because whatever, the casino brings out as the outcome of your bet is what you accept without questions because you don't have any clue of how the casino algorithm works. I trust sportbet because everyone sees what's happening on the pitch.

I trust gambling more. Because it is impossible to influence a random result. On the contrary, in sports betting, agreements on results are very common. It's even an integral part of betting. And taking this out of the discussion is like discussing a spherical horse in a vacuum. Also, the fact that we do not see the RNG working in roulette or in slots does not at all indicate that there is fraud. As well as the fact that the bookmaker's odds are publicly displayed, they do not at all indicate the honesty of the match.

By the way, gambling is GUARANTEED to bring long-term profits to the casino (because mathematics earns money), so there is no need for casinos to cheat and interfere with the work of the RNG. But in the sports betting industry, the temptation to influence an event is too great. Athletes are especially greedy for him, even very highly paid ones.

As far as trust is concerned I definitely trust sports betting more. It would take a pretty big conspiracy in order for a sports bet to be fraudulent whereas bad slot machines definitely exist… There are just less ways that a sports bet could be a scam as opposed to typical casino games.

Yea when i used to prefer sticking to football and basketball games when i gambled. I would only focus on those because i somewhat had interest in the games outside of the betting app so for fun i would only consider those one but really though i have always felt like casino games have too many mechanics against me as the users. They say the game is self generated but remember just like Ranks Maths, you can still control uncertain outcomes, especialy when the games has to do with a range.

There are rare cases of match fixing in sports betting even though we can't completely factor them out as though they don't exist but even with that, sports betting is still more predictable than the casino games and any other forms of gambling.

Truth is that of all the kinds of gambling, sports betting is the one you can easily relate with the gambler actually having fun and at the same time seeing that he can at least make a reasonable prediction and maybe improve on his prediction in the long run.

There is no way to compare sports betting than slot games that more randomly, unlike sports that you would be working on your odds. And for sure, if you are that controllable you can actually works on your odds and earn so easily and even though it's definitely Chance based game but it's more controllable than slot or casino game that you wouldn't be sure of how the game would win thereafter. Of course, In slot or casino games it mostly favors the casino operators.

We can't make a fortune for both of them, but of course, we can somehow trust ourselves more in betting on sports than in a pure luck-based game.

I know we don't still get higher odds of winning, but at least in sports betting, we can improve it through analysis. If you are a fan of sports, it is easier for us to decide where to place our bets, but in other games, no matter how many years of gambling, that still won't change the outcome.

I trust sports betting more than gambling games because the results are random... while sports betting has clear results if you win.

But there are some cases here where they won the bet but the casino itself canceled the bet with invalid reasons, maybe this can be called manipulation by gamblers but we never know where the fault lies whether the player is abusing or the casino is trying to hold the user's winnings?In all my time betting at sportsbooks, I have never suspected a casino of manipulating bets.

So I trust sports betting more because it is my favorite bet.

There's nothing like trust when it comes to taking risk on bet, but i prefer Sports betting because  some bettors easily indicates chances of winning than in casino or slot. Both has financial risk but the risk in casino, slots, lottery etc is much than sports betting.

‎Well for me it's sporty betting that is more easy than casino games. It feels more straightforward. In sport betting, you can analyze the team you want to bet on, like their previous matches, head to head , injury update, team form. With that will know what to get because you will have some level of confidence in that team. Unlike Casino type of games where there's no analysis, everything depends on how Lucky you are. The chances of not winning is higher than that of sport betting. Sport betting looks more predictable, imagine betting on Arsenal to win teams like Leeds United. Arsenal are a big team and are in great form so, you are 80% likely to win. Both have their risks, so knowing how manage them is important.

Trust probably goes to sports betting. While gambling is like pure gambling ( slots ) but there are casino games that can use strategy like poker matches. But if were gonna compare spprts betting alone and slots then the better odds are for betting. I prefer sports betting to casino gambling. Actually, I do both, but I focus more on sports betting, which I do every weekend.
Many people wonder why I choose sports betting over casino gambling. The first reason is that I have more time outside of gambling. The second is that I have better control over my money.
When it comes to luck, casino gambling relies more on how the system is designed, so luck plays a bigger role in it.

I would use the word 'transparency' in sports betting, everything is up for everyone to see while the casino games are the one based on trust if it is from the third party provider while origitnals can be verified for the fairness at the end of the results so yeah it just works fine for me and I love casino games more than sports betting so I prefer the casino games like slots.

I bet the most on sports betting, because I am somewhat experienced in sports, which is why I enjoy betting here. And I also watch the game, I participate in betting, which is why I enjoy it more, where I can bet on both football and cricket, and it is very easy to do research here. It seems easy for any gambler to determine the difference between two teams and compare the differences and bet on the team that is more experienced, so betting here is a very good idea.
