Why do you think match-fixing is impossible in football? I think that, just like in any other sport, it is possible, but at the professional level in major leagues it happens extremely rarely because the consequences would be too severe, huge fines, possible expulsion from the league, or deduction of a large number of points. So when it comes to gambling and betting, nothing can be completely ruled out, and the possibility of match-fixing still exists. As for comparing betting with other casino games, I also prefer betting because here I choose the bet myself instead of depending entirely on pure chance.

Not only are they possible but they are also documented, especially in Italy, in past years many people have been arrested, including footballers.
There is nothing safe, in gambling, safe winnings are only obtained by cheating, which besides being illegal is also immoral.

Yeah, Italy is being known as "the place where footballers bet and there are match fixing" but the reality is that Italy is actually the only place that is harsh on it I bet you that other nations have that too but because other federations are not as hard on crime as Italy is, we do not get to hear about it. Yeah, sports is more reliable, what you bet on is the outcome you will get as long as the team you bet on played according to the option you selected but for the casino games, it can be rigged and you won't even have any evidence to show for it but imagine that the sports game you bet on has been rigged, you can only guess that such happen and the bookie will also reward you according to the outcome of the  bet, they can not cheat you.

There are possibly ways which have been provided for casinos which make their seed available; you can use it to verify if it's fair or not for those who know how to verify that. As for the ones which are not totally transparent, they make it more difficult for players. The only thing the provider and casino can do in terms of sports betting is to void a game and return the wager placed on that game, but they can't interfere with what happens on the field.

I think it's just a few casino that has the option which allows customers to verify the results, I don't even know if it's simple for everyone to be able to check it but the case is different for sports. Personally, I think sports betting is more reliable than casino games. Because the results of sports betting depend on real matches and only everyone can see those matches. Whether it's the score or team performance, everything is public. So I think there's relatively less room for doubt about the results. But I'm not saying that sports betting is completely safe or that I can definitely make a profit.

In casino gambling, we can't predict anything; it's designed in such a way that no one can be sure about the outcome, and no prediction works in casino games, so I don't find it believable if we compare it with sports betting. I agree. The online casino with sports betting injected cannot control it. That means they cannot alter the results of the game, so we as gamblers have a higher chance of winning our bets.

This is the reason why I lessened my play time in slots because I felt like I was being manipulated when winnings and losses kept going back and forth. It's like I am being played. Gambling is risky whether it's casino games or sports because in both you don't know whether you will win or not but if you must compare the trust of one over the other I think that it should be sports bet. Casino games like slot are inhouse but sports bet results are external, the casinos have no hands in how a game will end so bettors and bookmakers will wait to see the outcome. Sports bet requires skills and you can analyze games which can give you an edge to win your bet but that shouldn't make us to bet irresponsibly because we understand stats very well because it can turn against you. I think that ultimately the degree of confidence is taken into consideration. So, the thing is do you feel that there is no manipulation when you make sports bets compared to when you play casino games? I mean, with former, you look at odds, and if you like you make a bet and sports is viewable by everybody, results are obvious, if you win the bet, you get the relevant amount back. See, everything is crystal clear, isn't it?

Real, sports betting feels more transparent because you can see that match, that performance and results happen live for everyone to see. It gives that feeling that everything is more open and straightforward.
Casino games is different because everything depends on that system or algorithm you can’t really see or control. So naturally many people feel sports betting is less manipulated even though both still favor the house in the long run

Personally, I would choose Sports betting as the answer to this question because I basically place 90% of my bets on sports betting.
Sports betting gives me ample opportunity to analyze my bets and I mainly place most of my bets on cricket and football games which I have personally developed the ability to analyze and I have won many of my bets by analyzing football and cricket teams.
Basically, in cricket, the stronger teams win most of the time, and in this case, of course, the betting odds for the stronger team are relatively low, which results in less profit.

If gambling was actually only about relaxing and unwinding, then I don't really mind getting carried away while doing it, but unfortunately, gambling has very little to nothing to do with relaxing and unwinding for most gamblers, majority are simply after the money and only a very small percentage of gamblers are actually gambling to have fun and are sincere about this.

If I get carried away doing something that helps me relax and unwind, then this is the best feeling, but like I would always say, in all the days I've managed to live by the grace of He who created me, I've not come across any body who says they enjoy losing money, even those who gamble for fun have a limit to the amount of money they would lose and they will have to call gambling a day for that day because at or from that moment, it's no longer fun to keep gambling.

I don't think so, maybe that's your own definition of it but for me, I think that all its still gambling because you bet with money and whatever thing that involves betting of money and you are not sure about the game, its is consider to be gambling and that means anything gambling is based on luck because sometimes your info or analysis might not produce any good result expect luck hits on you. So, I will advised that you treat anything called gambling for entertainment purposes.

Of course if you are just having fun and just passing your time, you can just play any casino game. But if you have a particular sports that you've been following and you know it by heart, I would say, the tendency is to devote some time and be serious when it comes to betting. if not that these days we’re hearing about stories of bookies conniving with some teams to manipulate their wins and the thing used to surprise me to a large extent like what’s the meaning of that. If not for these new information we are having, I feel like sports betting is the most transparent form of gambling today because to it completely depends upon the outcome of the match you are staking your bet on. Whether you lose because your preferred team lost or you won because your preferred team won, sport betting remains the most transparent and reliable sport to bet on since the outcome is hardly inferred with, it becomes more reliable to gamble than other gambling games.
