You might want to wait for a possible alternative as promised here, or you could write to support asking for guidance on which particular dispute resolution platform they are available to respond to.

What you need to understand is that it's pretty had to have such issues resolved here in a public forum because
1. GDPR compliance. Having customer data published in a public forum all in the name of providing full evidence can get a service into legal trouble
2. No one here is qualified to act as an independent mediator
3. They may not want to expose the methods they use to curb casino abusers because the abusers will now know how to circumvent the methods they use

In the other thread, the campaign manager wrote to the Bets.io team regarding which mediator platform to use. Let's wait for the feedback.

And if it never gets resolved? We’re on almost three months and a letter from Bets.io saying too bad we’re stealing your money and giving fake reasons. Why should anyone give bets.io any credit for anything? They’ve dragged their feet for three months doing nothing. Any return of my deposit will be a bonus and them doing the right thing.

Their signature campaign was suspended because they were falling behind in payments that had to be covered by the manager out of pocket. I had high hopes for them but their reluctance to resolve high profile disputes has made me wary of them.

You can see that their representative Bets.io_Nikita has been tagged for an accusation, similar to the one in this thread, that was created in May. They are also tagged for this case which has been going on for even longer.
