At the same time, I noticed something concerning:

The platform used to be publicly associated with TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L., but now their Terms list Techno Wave Systems S.R.L. (Costa Rica).

There’s no clear explanation of this change, which raises a serious questions.

I've searched their ToS, there's no mention of Techno Wave Systems S.R.L. it still says it is owned and operated by TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L

The license stated in ANY review is also invalid. This site doesn’t even have a real license. Looks like I got scammed and I would avoid others from falling for the same trap and askgamblers lies.

It appears they may give me back my stolen funds or are considering it now that this has gotten some attention. If they do the right thing I will advise. I also thank this community.

They just launched a signature campaign, and the previous negative tag has now been changed to neutral. I'm guessing they'll soon make a response or maybe resolve your issue. Have you not heard back from them yet?

I’ve heard back they said too bad. I don’t know what they’re showing people that says I did something wrong. Whatever it is it’s a lie. They canceled withdrawals and are claiming I violated stuff but won’t say what it is or what I did. I did not do anything and am a coveted player at multiple other websites. Their allegations against me are absurd.

According to trustpilot they had their reviews disabled due to their fraudulent behavior. A lot of the same behavior I complained about other people complained about. But in my case it’s worse becuse it’s my deposit they have stolen. They’ve ignored casinoguru and Casinomeister. This is a rogue website I am not alone in being stolen from. Also no idea why this was switched off negative to neutral? They should be getting a negative mark. They don’t let you withdraw and make up reasons why you cannot cash out.

If someone doesn’t believe me, I welcome you to deposit there and see if they give you problems… They have scammed a lot of people out of a lot of money and now I see that TrustPilot is a better place to go than I originally anticipated. If it is in dispute they scam people someone from here can deposit there and see what happens to just cash out…

These matters are already being handled by the campaign manager and he is someone with good experience, so it’s better to stay calm and give it a little time. Since he is already trying to reach out to them, we should wait and see how everything turns out in the end. If they are able to sort out their issues properly, then there will be no problem but if they fail to explain and resolve things the right way, the campaign manager will definitely take the necessary steps. For now, it’s best we remain patient.

Yes, I understand your point and for now their actions don’t really look convincing. They have responded. They’ve told me they’re not returning my deposit without explanation. They ignored casinoguru and Casinomeister. They’ve already responded they’ve said they’re not going to return my deposit and that I broke their terms and conditions but never said what or how.

I don’t wish this theft on anybody or having to deal with this. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Make no mistake they have responded and they’ve said they are not going to refund my deposit and they’ve lied and made up reasons. Would you like to see the email they sent me? everyone here needs to be warned about them scamming people! This is not in dispute until they return my money. If it’s not breaking their T&C’s, they’ve falsely accused many others of having “multiple accounts” or some other made up story.

Because this forum does not moderate scams. Even if the scam is proven, they won't ban the casino account. Why are you focusing on something else when your main priority should be getting your money back instead of wanting the casino account to be banned? According to icopress, he sent you a message over a week ago. Why didn't you respond to him, knowing icopress is the campaign manager and he has direct contact with the Bets.io team?

If you provide detailed information to him, I hope icopress will at least provide an update. So, instead of asking why they are allowed to post, you should respond to icopress.

Also, their campaign manager suggested you make a formal complaint against them on AskGamblers.
It seems they have a high number of resolved cases there, so it might be worth a shot. Or did you file a complaint on them already on that platform?

Yeah you are right, scam are not moderated in this forum so they won’t ban them and OP even if they do ban them it won’t solve your problem or bring your mom back just like Shishir99 said your main focus and priority should be to get back your money.
If he has not responded to Icopress till date then I believe he may not be telling us all the truth because you can’t have someone who is closer to the casino and is ready to help you solve the issue and you refuse to respond to him and you are coming to this thread and talking about banning the casino from the forum, sounding like someone that knows his at fault in some areas.

Bets.io is a scam black hole crypto website. They claim to be a crypto casino with no KYC and have good ratings from askgamblers but they make it impossible to cash out. When you follow their “steps” they close your account and seize your money. This is a warning to all people to avoid this website and that it is a scam. They stole $14,000 from me without cause or any justification. They won’t even tell me what I did.

Per another victim from askgamblers: “ warn the gambling community about Bets.io and their predatory use of "Section 11: LOW RISK STRATEGY" to seize player winnings.
​Recently, the casino deducted 254.83 USDT from my balance without providing any specific evidence. When I requested a detailed explanation or bet logs showing the alleged "fraudulent" or "automated" activity, their support team simply hit a brick wall, stating they "cannot disclose internal detection methods" and that the "decision is finalized."

As a fully KYC-verified player who has gambled manually and fairly, I find it highly suspicious that a regulated operator can seize funds based on a vague "catch-all" clause without offering any transparency. If a casino can take your money and refuse to show you why, your funds are never safe there. I have already attempted to file a formal dispute, and because the casino refuses to provide logs, I am now escalating this to the Anjouan Gaming Board.”

Sorry to hear about your unfortunate loss of money. I know what if feels like to lose such a large amount of money. There are many of us on this forum that have had such an experience. It is never easy.

I would love to help you, even without claiming any reward for it, but unfortunately getting back money is almost never easy. You could try hiring legal help (if you are indeed in the right here).

edit: I have given bets.io a red trust until they address this issue instead of ignoring you. Maybe that will motivate them to stop ignoring their customers.

I tagged them when the accusation was made and they still didn't care to respond. I also messaged them without a response. I am not sure if they care about this forum except for the hopes of getting traffic.

I will ping the OP as well to respond to icopress. I have them on telegram. I am unsure about the whole situation which is why I changed my feedback.

I have removed the red tag for now since icopress said he is in contact with the casino and is taking the steps necessary to make sure the issue is heard and responded to by the right people.

However, I recommend to OP that he follow icopress's instructions in a timely and orderly fashion because he is the only one who has deeper communications with this particular casino.  

I will be following the progress of this matter and I hope you get every red cent of your money back soon.

I will refrain from depositing on this scamhole and will discourage any friends gamblers I have from depositing there until they resolve the case or atleast return the deposits to the player.
