🔎 KycNotList.com — No KYC / No AML Crypto Exchange Monitor Compare exchange directions, KYC/AML levels, reviews, and risk signals in one place Hello Bitcointalk, We are pleased to introduce KycNotList.com — a new crypto exchange monitoring platform focused on No KYC / No AML exchange services and transparent risk visibility for users. Many exchange monitors focus almost entirely on rates. Our goal is different: to help users compare exchangers not only by price, but also by KYC policy, AML behavior, reviews, and other practical trust signals. What KycNotList offers:- 🔸 Exchange direction monitoring
- 🔸 KYC level labels
- 🔸 AML level labels
- 🔸 Deposit indicator as an additional risk reference
- 🔸 User reviews
- 🔸 Multilingual interface
- 🔸 Exchanger application form for listing requests
Why we built it:- ✅ to make exchange selection more transparent
- ✅ to highlight services with lower verification pressure
- ✅ to give users a faster way to compare rates and risk factors together
For exchangers:If you want your service to be listed on KycNotList, you can submit an application here: We are currently expanding the platform and continuing to add new exchangers, improve monitoring coverage, and strengthen the trust and review layer. We welcome questions in this thread. If you are an exchanger owner, partner, or user interested in privacy-focused exchange monitoring, feel free to join the discussion. Great initiative! One thing I’m curious about is your data verification process: how do you actually verify the "No KYC" claims of the exchanges you list? Do you perform test trades, or do you rely solely on the information provided by the services themselves? Good luck with the launch! Looking forward to seeing the platform grow

Before adding an exchange to our service, we test it ourselves-including by conducting test trades-and review information about it on other websites.

How quick is the rate updated? I tested and SageSwap was wrong for BTC to MONERO Your website showed a much lower rate compared to what I see on the website The exchange rate is updated every minute; we receive this rate from the exchange’s API, and it’s possible that their service fee isn’t included in the data they provide via the API. Since we just launched yesterday, we haven’t accounted for every detail yet, but thank you for bringing this to our attention-we’ll be sure to fix it.

How quick is the rate updated? I tested and SageSwap was wrong for BTC to MONERO Your website showed a much lower rate compared to what I see on the website I see a much different rate as well. maybe the website uses some kind of cache and the value is not updated? which is a problem for a service like that. I think ideally there should be at most 1-2min delay, at the most 5minutes. For now, I see 1 = 66900 in B1exch and 66200 in kycnotlist.com, which is a huge difference. The website is a good initiative, congrats on your idea. But need to fix this.

How quick is the rate updated? I tested and SageSwap was wrong for BTC to MONERO Your website showed a much lower rate compared to what I see on the website We conducted an investigation and found that they offer two types of exchange: 1) Swap 2) Aml swap Currently, their API provides the rate for a standard swap, but they said they will release a separate API that accounts for fees in the coming days Aml swap I see a much different rate as well.

This error was caused by the B1exch API. We notified them, and they have fixed it; the exchange rate is now correct. ========================== Thank you for the information. Going forward, we will pay closer attention to this matter and verify the exchange rates of all currency exchange services to ensure they reflect the actual rate, taking into account the exchange service’s commission. Within two days, we will update all exchange rates, and if the exchanges fail to correct the errors, we will remove them from the list.

Good work. I am missing splash.tf exchange You might want to take a look. They look a very good service as well, they have their own liquidity. They also have an ann here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5549370.new#new

I see we can suggest and add exchanges that are not yet listed on your website. Can you tell us more what is procedure for that and how long do we need to wait for listing to be approved? I already saw there are some rules for listing, but is there anything else not written there? https://kycnotlist.com/en/rules

Thank you so much 🙏 We’ll definitely reach out to splash.tf, and if they’re technically able to provide an exchange rate API, we’ll definitely consider adding this exchange to our list. I see we can suggest and add exchanges that are not yet listed on your website. Can you tell us more what is procedure for that and how long do we need to wait for listing to be approved? I already saw there are some rules for listing, but is there anything else not written there? https://kycnotlist.com/en/rulesAll application guidelines are currently available at the following link: https://kycnotlist.com/en/rules There are no hidden rules. We review applications within 1–3 days, which includes reviewing feedback from other platforms, verifying the course file, and conducting test swaps.

We review applications within 1–3 days, which includes reviewing feedback from other platforms, verifying the course file, and conducting test swaps. Thank you for answering. So if I understand correctly listing on KycNotList website is totally free, but deposits can be send as optional only? I know several other exchanges that are not listed on your website, and I know for a fact they have no kyc rules whatsoever.

I know several other exchanges that are not listed on your website, and I know for a fact they have no kyc rules whatsoever.
Yes, that's right—we list exchanges on our monitoring service completely free of charge, and deposits are strictly voluntary. I would be very grateful if you could provide us with a list of these exchanges; we could then contact them and add them to our list, provided they have the technical capability to provide up-to-date exchange rates and have a good reputation on this forum or other reliable monitoring platforms/services. How quick is the rate updated? I tested and SageSwap was wrong for BTC to MONERO Your website showed a much lower rate compared to what I see on the website This issue has also been resolved. Just as we did with B1exch, we reached out to SageSwap, and they created a separate API rate file for AML SWAP with the corresponding fee. We would like to thank these exchanges for providing feedback and resolving such issues, even though our monitoring service is new to this market.

You should really remove these superlatives, "best exchanges" and the like. Whether someone is the best is very difficult to judge, even when a large number of users who have active experience participate in it. Maybe your service is still young, that's part of the process, but you have listed some services that few people have heard of, while some more recognisable ones are missing. This already indicates that your judgment is not relevant when you say "best exchanges".

Thanks for the tip. I agree, and that’s exactly what we’ll do. We’ll remove that text later today, but could you please confirm that I understood you correctly—are you referring specifically to the part I highlighted in the screenshot? https://i.ibb.co/xqNryGkc/image.png
