To manage stress, try not to engage in things that will overwhelm you. If it's something you can't avoid, try not to be too bothered over it. Things will always get sorted out by themselves at the right time.
My take on it may seem paradoxical but it's a simple way of managing stress. It's a remedy I follow.

When comes to exercising, it is easier said than done, specially because in the majority of jobs in the developing world, people are pushed to work over 12 hours a day, with no spare time in order to engage in activities which could be used to relieve stress and anxiety. Sadly, whether we like it or not, stress has turned into a way of living and not into something which is viewed as an undesirable effect of modern life.
Some societies even believe than being stressed is a sign of being busy and productive, encouraging their youth to work until they cannot do anything beyond holding their position at their workplace.
Every person lives with the money earned through their work. Some have jobs, some do various things through business or online. They have to spend most of their day on this. It is natural for them to experience mental stress due to continuous work. If they do not get any rest time. Employees cannot find their own rest time even if they want to. If the employer does not want it. Therefore, every organization should give all their employees some time during the day to rest along with work. This will not reduce work. Rather, the employees will work quickly and with freshness after rest. As a result, the employees also get time to rest and later work will also be faster. Therefore, everyone should try to find some time for rest after finishing their work. And if that is not possible, try to explain the problem to the organization where they work and try to find a solution to it.

I have seen people who have found themselves in a situation in which they had to work for 25 hours in a row, because the company had to solve some emergency. I have also seen people working twelve hours a day all days with no right to fixed resting days, if someone complained about it then that worker got easily replaced for other who was more desperate for money. If you are from a first world country or a country in which the rights of workers are respected, then good for you, that is not my case. There are several situations in which workers are treated with less care than animals.

It's paradoxical indeed, and I know many would wanna disagree with it, but the truth is that, many at times, we end up stressing ourselves over something we can actually contribute little to nothing to, things we can literally do nothing about, and since we can't do anything, we end up feeling all we can do is worry and stress our brains out, and the funniest part of it is that, at the end of the day, we still unable to provide any answer and end up putting ourselves under pressure for nothing.

I'm glad to see some of you mentioned meditation. This was a massive breakthrough for me in stress management, and I wish I knew about it much sooner. I had always believed you had to get into some difficult sitting position to do it right, so I never tried. Turns out mediation can be done lying down, sitting on a chair, standing up, or even while walking. I also do Qi Gong sometimes, and it's often helpful (if nothing else it gets the blood circulating).

You are right. we all work hard so that we can live a healthy life with our family. So along with hard work it is very important to take care of our body and take physical and mental rest. Through this, we can maintain our work efficiency. It is natural that working for a long time will cause fatigue in the body. With a tired body one cannot concentrate on work. So, taking a break even for a short time will give mental and physical relief. However there are many workplaces where employees are not provided with rest or no breaks are given. I think every workplace should create a specific time for employees so that they can rest. There is a lot of work in personal life too and there is mental stress there too. So, one should be aware of their time management in personal life too.

People work hard every day just to survive and sometimes they forget that rest is also important a tired by mind can never give it's best even a short break during work can help one feel refreshed focused and more productive every work ground should understand that employees are humans not robot.

In addition to what you portrayed, to manage a stress is something we have to reschedule all our functions or activities and set a time for a break and resting...if you engage in what that will exhaust all your time, it's the worst thing ever...we should know when to sleep and when not to sleep, because sleeping is like the energy we do have....

Stress often comes from the pressure and challenges that our body faces on a regular basis a small help can make a person perform better but stress for a long time can be very harmful and affects the health of a person. There are certain things that you can do to make your body relax and stress free. Take care of your body and mind. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep on a daily basis. Eat healthy food and avoid junk. Do exercise for 30 minutes to 1 hour daily this will help your mind to relax. Organize your task on a priority basis. Pray daily to keep your mind feeling peaceful. If you feel stressed about a certain situation talk about it with your friends or family because sometimes that think can we solve by just discussing with someone. We need to make a balance we cannot ignore stress but we can control its effects on our life.

In addition to what you portrayed, to manage a stress is something we have to reschedule all our functions or activities and set a time for a break and resting...if you engage in what that will exhaust all your time, it's the worst thing ever...we should know when to sleep and when not to sleep, because sleeping is like the energy we do have.... This is why it's good after work for the day, you hang out somewhere with friends or if you like it on a solo, you can chill somewhere and have fun. It can even be in your house just have time for yourself. When you overwork yourself or think too much, it will tell on you later.

Life is full of trouble and stress, as a matter of fact people face stress to survive because people go through stress at home with family, children, wife/husband and siblings. Stress in the office or place of work. There is no how we can be free from stress but we can make out time for ourselves sometimes to have fun and interact with people or watch funny movies or jokes. Take good medication base on the type of your sickness. Eat good food and leave a health and free life. Try not to take like so serious otherwise you will always be angry. Peace of mind is the best medicine to cure stress, and this peace is becoming zero minded with things that keep bothering you. If you dont zero your mind from things that bothers you, you can't be happy. I always have tis mindset that we have few days here on earth and nothing shall by any means make the life miserable for us in this little time we have to spend. If you don't take good care of yourself who will?
