(LIST) Scam Accusation Cases Against Betting Platform on The Forum (v.2.26.9.2)

This thread serves a purpose to give members of the forum or anyone doing their DD an idea of the possible safety or risk they'll face when they play on a casino based on the active and open cases against the casino on the forum. The list will [hopefully] be frequently updated from time to time, usually by weekend.

Please note that it is intended as a summary of the accusations against gambling platforms that have ANN and representative on this forum. As it is intended to be a summary, it will be very much appreciated if discussion, debate, or any other things related to a case pointed out on this thread to be carried out on their respective thread to keep this one clean and tidy.

Also, as this is now self-moderated, please feel free to ping me to add your case and bring it to my attention. Post will be deleted after case being added to the list, of course.

And like before, though I'm quite familiar with most cases below and the scam accusations board itself, I still spent many hours to get reacquainted with each of them or to get a grasp of the cases that I did not oversee. This means [and as I am only human] I might mislabeled one or two cases, or misjudged the status of a case or two. If you happen to find those situation, or if you think a case is better labeled in other status, feel free to point it out here. Again, post will be deleted after issue cleared and people get to the same page.

Yes, I believe this creates a rather sterile thread, but that doesn't mean meaningful discussion will also be removed. Input and things regarding the advancement and improvement of this thread will be kept.


The status of each of the cases are determined and color coded according to below criteria:

In Progress
- Case where accuser made a valid case with strong evidence and the representative is currently attending the case

Resolved
- Case that reached resolution, either implied or clearly stated

Invalid
- Case that is not backed with evidence, either a screenshot or anything to substantiate the accusation
- Case where representative has addressed and the accuser didn't challenge the counter-accusation or invitation to arbitrator

Inactive/Pending
- Old case that's been more than one month without any update from the accusers with representative already replied
- Cases that goes to court, that will take months until resolution. As such, will be marked as pending, until court ruling is made.

Active/Unresolved
- Case that is backed with substantial evidence and not attended by representative. Accuser may or may not inactive for the last three months due to the lack of response
- Case that is backed with substantial evidence, the discussion left hanging with the representative never addressed the last [valid] accusation/post/proof from accuser. Accuser may or may not inactive for the last three months due to the lack of response

Thank you for the kind words. The idea of it getting pinned was proposed on the older version [v.1] but I think admins have their own decision making. A suggestion to move the thread [again, we're talking the older version] to gambling board was mentioned too, because the thread will arguably more valuable there than in repu.

I used to argue back that it belonged to Repu as it is about casino and sportsbook reputation, as well as bringing it to gambling board will open to a broad chance of spammers [we both know how low quality the posts on that board can be] drowning important posts.

This thread though, as it is self-moderated, brings the flexibility of removing spam, and I am currently "parking" it here while building it [that happen painfully slow like watching paint dry and peeled from the wall because my IRL is quite... time-consuming] to completion. Once the list conveyed all of the casinos previously listed on my v.1, I intended to move this to gambling, with aggressive [only if necessary] "censorship" of spams, though will still record and listen what every posts trying to convey.

This is a great list, it will not just help those that have been victims of scams but also those looking to decide where to play. If a casino regularly resolves cases that are brought up, it makes players more comfortable.

OK, so... after about four months and only capable of doing it in between my hectic days, I think the v.2 list is ready for its "beta" release". A few things to note that you'll see if you compare with my old list:

- Casinos without real and reachable representative are not listed
- Casinos with less reputation that's clearly also have left the forum, shown by inactivity and no promo, are also not listed
- Other casinos, I might missed them. This is a thread made in four months, a lot happen from the first time I type the first letter until I take it off where I park and "hide" it in Repu to this section. If I do miss, please nudge.

Light conversation about cases are welcome, mentioning threads that should be on my list but I missed are more than welcome. Discussing about a case though, please do that in the specific thread already raised on the SA board. Otherwise, it will be deleted to keep this thread tidy.

Could they still be added in smaller print at the end just as casinos that you should very likely avoid playing on due to their scam allegations and actions. If they have a very bad reputation here their ANN thread will already have flags and the official account will have tags, you can then only link to the thread to ward off new players unaware of their reputation.

This might be off-topic(sorry, holydarkness), but I'm surprised this has been moved to the gambling board(by a mod, I think). If I remember correctly, your previous scam accusation cases list was in the Reputation board, and still is, so I'm surprised this was moved here.

Was this list actually moved by a moderator from the reputation board to this section of the forum. Because according to what I have learnt from mod behavior and their moderating policy, this kind of threads are suites for the reputation board, while the rest of gambling and betting discussion is left to be discussed here on the gambling section of the forum.

Perhaps is there some change on the moderation policy and now it is okey to have these kind accusations here on the gambling section of the forum, so they have more visibility?

In my own suggestions since they have moved this topics to gamble section it would be wise for the admin or mod to pin it, this could reduce the rate at which people ran into shady gambling site, at least when they see the numbers of case they had they could at least change their mind to other casinos.
Of course, to me it was that better for this post to be at these sections instead of reputation board or Scam accusations section, only here can most of the gambler gain more knowledge about the site they are using.

They might or might not, so better to bookmark the link to the thread because then you can find it easily without having to depend on pinned threads. I usually maintain an Important Lists folder just for this purpose of threads that are meant to be checked in times of need.

With the number of casinos coming up everyday, bad actors are running around in the midst of them that we dont know of. They get discovered when some person member o non member of this forum gets their money stuck on that site and cannot solve it any manner.

Hence the thread is important and they should pin it. But we can mitigate the problem of losing the thread by other means for now.
