That has always been completely normal behavior for my account.

The place you are referring to is only around a 1-hour flight away from where I live, and it is a location many Brazilians frequently travel to and from for work and personal reasons. There is absolutely nothing unusual about that, and my login pattern throughout nearly 2 years of account history has consistently been like this. I have also sent you additional proof regarding this privately via PM.

On top of that, the screenshot/log only shows “2 months ago”, not the exact date and exact timing of the bets themselves, so you cannot accurately conclude that I was supposedly somewhere unusual at the precise moment the wagers were placed.

And to be completely clear: I was not traveling abroad, I was not using a different device, and I was not using someone else’s account or allowing someone else to use mine.

Again, this is exactly what I meant when I said every answer simply creates another endless chain of speculation completely disconnected from the original accusation.

Do you mind to help me understand better and be on the same page with you, by informing me what's on that location? And why you visited them?

The other question was about your depo and wd details. I previously asked blockchain address, assuming you're using non-custodial wallet [I made an error on previous post, will edit], and apparently you depo with custodial service, that will make it massively difficult for me to search and clarify what is what. So, if you don't mind to just send me your shuffle's history? It should pretty much help.

Now that the last two things you requested were also sent and clarified, and again showed no issue whatsoever, you suddenly decide to abandon the case?

At this point, what this really looks like is that there is simply nothing left to accuse me of, nothing left to ask, and nothing left for me to prove.

For more than a month I cooperated with everything requested from me privately and publicly. Every time a new accusation or suspicion appeared, I responded with more evidence and more explanations. And little by little, those narratives kept falling apart.

So after all this, abandoning the mediation right when the latest requests were answered and disproven honestly only reinforces what I have been saying from the beginning. I was unfairly denied legitimate winnings and there is no real evidence capable of justifying it.

We will be entitled to close or suspend your Shuffle Account in the event of a breach of any of the above representations, warranties or covenants, or if we consider it likely that there has been or will be any such breach. We may also close or suspend your Shuffle Account if asked to do so by the police, any regulatory authority or court or if we are unable to verify any of the KYC information provided by you.

Maybe Shuffle will say that OP gave access to his account to an insider of the event (or something like that). We were put in a blind situation here for the unclear and wrong wording of Shuffle. I'm wondering why they didn't clearly mention the reason at the initial stage.

Honesly unless OP claim of being in a different location 9 hours away being not unusual behaviour from him is thoroughly debunked by shuffle, and even then what does it prove?

Whats stopping shuffle from voiding big wins saying it was not owners funds or whatever they are claiming here.

After the journey you put everyone through, Shuffle owes everyone a better explanation of what actually happened here.

You of course don't have to do or say anything, but it would be for the good of Shuffle if you could be more specific in the explanation of why TOS violations apply to this particular user.
