Now they refuse to pay an honest customer with not a single evidence and a clean record. Maybe Nateshawn had connections. Big ones. Maybe this forum isn't the right arena to resolve something like this  ,I don't know. But it is unbelievable.

OP has nothing to do between the beef between Rating Place and holydarkness. He shouldn't be catching strays. It's unfair. So he should definitely finish this case in my opinion.

But it seems there's also some conflicted people here. On one hand they want holydarkness to finish the case, and on the other they criticize his methods and question his integrity. It's a bit contradictory.

I gave you some. You don’t have to do anything. Merit and trust abuse has gotten out of control.

It’s not contradicting. Holy’s methods were to find something wrong with the OP. He ignored the match fixing. I wouldn’t be on him if he went about it in a fair manner.

I don’t know why he dropped out. All I know is he moved sig campaign to BetPanda, protected BetPanda and later he admitted to being bias. After the campaign ended he reopened the case.

You're probably right. Although without the box score and game flow, the OP would have been found guilty of match fixing because of the flag. There was nothing else to go by.

if you are going to do arbitration you have to have a thick skin. You are in a no win situation which is why I don’t like it. One side is going to be mad and it can get brutal.

This is a fact base case. Was he guilty of match fixing or not.

But you made both OP and shuffle a binding mediation offer. Then i would presume it would be binding on you too to finish this through, when every info has been provided to you.

I wasn’t 100% sure about the seriousness of transferring the case. I did send a PM to Shuffle and they didn’t reply.

I think you made a strong point saying that holy was also part of the binding agreement. It would be unfair of him not to make a call.
