We cant prevent ourself from losing a bet if we are not disciplined, this also calls for having enough patience and being not greedy, because all these has a lot to do with what we stand to win from the bet we must have taken, maybe the reason for cashing out option has been made available was on situations like this, that just a single game can completely ruin our bet, but we can choose to prevent on such at any time if we decided to.

That definitely hurts especially when you have won so many bets yet waiting for that one last win to take those massive profits.
I have faced it once and since then I was so disappointed that I only bet on single games instead of parlay.
Limiting the parlay size is a good beginning but if it repeats then it's probably the best to bet on single games instead.

This is an experience that is common to almost all the gambler. I believe anyone that has been gambling for long should had this kind of experience. The best solution is to cash out the game if the chances to do so is there but if the opportunity to do so isn't there the next thing will be to play with an option that of one of the game fails you will still win some certain percentage.
Prioritising a single bet won't change any thing because is still possible to single out the wrong game. Therefore the most important thing here is luck .

There is absolutely no other ways to handle losing a bet at die minutes then the three scenarios you just gave above, which includes cashing out after you might have been offered a reasonable amount of profits. Or staking the bets double so that while you allow one to play to the end, you might just cash out the second ticket, because for a few number of gamblers that I have known to always stake each ticket double, I have noticed that this strategy sometimes do work for them, and it has actually worked for me several times. Because apart from these three strategies you gave above, there is absolutely no other that can stop you from losing a bet at die minutes moment.

If you have 1 leg left you can hedge your bet. Go bet on the other team in a single bet. 1 of your 2 bets will win, you just need to bet enough to where its profit either way.

If you were gonna win 1000 on your parlay, go bet 250 on the other team. You will either win 250 from the single bet(roughly) or 750 from your parlay.

I only try to play with a few legs, no more than 3, but even then, if I'm fairly confident in the outcome, even though confidence won't increase my chances, at least I feel optimistic.
If I still lose, I'll be upset, of course, but I'll move on quickly because there's no point dwelling on it or regretting it. No matter how hard we try to maintain our chances of winning, gambling is still random, the chance of losing is always wide open.

I mean what else can you do other than accept the loss and move on to the next thing ? Maybe take a break from it and do something else until you get your head straight. Its dissapointing and nobody ever wants to be in that situation but it happens and it can happen fast if you put yourself there willing and able bodied in a spot where you can gamble and gamble easily. This is a risky spot to be in. Try to restrain yourself and only bet wisely.

It can be very disappointing when you are expecting to be lucky about a bet and you ended up not making profits from what you thought will make you okay. It is very hard for you to predict the outcome of a bet most times when you have that confidence that you are going to be among the lucky winners that will make money from the bet. The cashout button is a privilege to gamblers that want to take partial profit in case anything happens along the way and they ended up not being profitable.

Even though the odds become much lower, it gives some peace of mind and helps avoid disappointment if a few of our picks end up losing.

The multi bet tickets are paid by the bookie, not by the individual markets. Based on the premise that you're taking excessive risk placing such a ticket that loses its whole balance when you don't make the exact prediction for a single market.

Of course the payout can be huge if successful but bookies are willing to take that risk for the very slim chances such a ticket wins. I'll say this, to prevent losing your whole ticket over a single match, it's possible to utilize a couple of methods. One is a cash out and the other is using service like most casinos use where you accept a lower payout if one or three or four of the matches you pick don't hit the result you chose. Personally, I will not take that protection considering the huge odds difference and who knows if you will just lose with the specific leg count to avail that insurance while you will profit a lot in case your parlay won.

I will just bet on parlay with that low total odds rather than bet on high odds and choose that protection to lower the odds.

Stake sometimes offer an insurance on specific league or game with specific conditions without lowering the odds. That’s much better.

I had a friend who lost a huge amount of cashout simply because he was waiting for the match between Real Madrid vs Gerona to end in Madrid's favor on the weekend. Sadly, the match ended in a draw as opposed to Real Madrid winning the match and he lost both the huge cashout amount and his bet altogether.

I believe live betting exist to take advantage of, and a bet that with one match that has the potential to cause a loss can be played on a new ticket so as to cashout the former and at least be profitable instead of having total loss.

I think financial management should teach gamblers to always leave some amount left after making initial bets, so as to escape total loss without a way out during live games.
