That's why having Ai assistant would really be helpful for those people like that, since if they go on support chat then asked those basic questions those answers would immediately pop up. Also it can make their site looks more professional and appealing. But yeah its up for the management if they integrate that suggestion.
This will lead to sharing user data with more third parties instead of the service employee/manager, which is bad for a service that cares about customer privacy. Privacy services should prioritize maximizing privacy over ease of use. This is absolutely correct, thank you hugeblack. Apart from running a local model, integrating AI would lead to sharing information with a third party which is unacceptable from a privacy perspective, which is our top priority. Live chat is a feature we will work towards in due time for enhanced support functionality, but AI is likely out of the picture for this reason.

Those response you made is provably helpful so that people will understand that its not really good option to add those technology if we talk about privacy matters. So with this human agents is really the best option for now on live chats, since I think this are best option for privacy focused platforms like Mobit.

- Minimum amount is now $50. - "To Address" (the address the user provides to receive coins to) is now displayed across all relevant order pages.
Check it out and let us know what you think.
Previously, thank you, because my proposal related to the minimum transaction and the addition of the destination address that I proposed in another forum has been fulfilled. However I still have a small correction to the minimum part of USDT, USDC and DAI transactions, can you round that minimum amount to $50 with no more nominal after (.)? If it does have to be there I propose one number after the dot e.g. $50.1, $50.5 and so on. The current minimum number is inefficient because there are too many numbers after (.) Because of the nature of stablecoins, it will be convenient to do so on the rounding amount.

We have added your exchange to our No KYC/AML exchange monitoring platform, KycNotList. Page: https://kycnotlist.com/en/exchanger/mobitIf the exchange owner or users notice any incorrect, outdated, or missing information, please let us know — we will review everything. Best regards, KycNotList. Thank you for adding us to your site, we have looked and there is one minor detail which is off. Our telegram bot is an interface for the exchange, not for support. Other than that, looks good! Thank you for clarifying that, we have corrected the information.

This is the right decision from team, and i expected this. now members can stopped to speculate about AI agent for customer support helper, because Mobit is not a CEX exchange that need to share user data to other party. avoiding AI or whatever to track user behavior is very important in developing privacy-based exchange.

This is an interesting topic which I like to make my own input and that is agreeing that AI should be a no-go area for a platform that priotizes customer privacy so I'm all in for a live chat feature in MoBit. If you are promoting privacy then it should be all through, no need to add a convenience like AI and ignore the baggage that comes with it which is sharing user data with a third party. AI is a trend that is expected to give enhanced services but it shouldn't be for every platform, if you're all about user privacy then there has to be restrictions in areas that exposes customer data to third parties.

If the platform is functioning properly, complaints should be minimal, and these can then be processed manually within 48 hours. As for its usability, the platform is easy to use and doesn't require much explanation.

Agree so far that's what we can actually see from Mobit now, they are doing good and we don't see any complaint's raised against them. So that's good sign that their clients are satisfied with current set up and making things simple really works better for people using their site. Also I think the reply of their representative is enough that they are not considering adding Ai, because its not good for their platform especially that they are offering services which related to privacy matters.

Hey everyone We just rolled out a minor update, here are the changes: - Minimum amount is now $50. - Letter of guarantee now uses pgp signing instead of bitcoin. It can be easily verified on our BitList listing with their pgp verification tool. (thank you BitList) - "To Address" (the address the user provides to receive coins to) is now displayed across all relevant order pages. - We've added a links section to the home page with the various pages/listings we have. - A few other minor front-end updates throughout the site. Check it out and let us know what you think. Be on the look out for new announcements coming soon, and thank you all for the continued support! It's really good to see that you guys have made these changes in the service to improve the service quality on the basis of customer demand. Other than this, I was just reading other posts in the thread, and I got to know another interesting update from your post that the team is working on a live chat feature, which I also favor the most in my recent discussion in the same thread, while having a discussion with different members of the forum. To be very honest, you guys are really doing a great job in enhancing service quality.

Not sure whether it been reported or not, but the site seems to be a bit broken like from mobile view. Just look at the image below. Everything is messy, and is out of position, which makes the navigation kinda difficult. I have to scroll left and right in order to read the content properly. It would have been better if it were a little more responsive. Desktop view is fine though...as for other UIUX things, everything looked ok.

Yeah this is what I saw to when you post this and their API page looks so messy when you check it using phone. Will be good if they fix it so their site will became more user friendly or easy to use for users whatever gadgets they are using. Also better to post this also in their bug hunting campaign https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5582765.0 maybe you can get a reward on the mess you have find in their site.

A 100% functional platform will receive less than 5% complaints and any number of customer service can handle the complaints within 48hrs. I haven't visited MoBit from the mobile. It's always desktop and the responsiveness of the desktop version is cool. This might make me ask if so many people actually visit exchanges from mobile.
Congratulations for launching a bug campaign. That was a nice move and I see that people are already pointing out issues. Kudos to Little Mouse

Right now the mobile experience sucks. I hope they will improve their overall mobile UIUX, and make it easily navigable, and a bit of responsive towards it so that the texts doesn't fall into each other. As for the bug hunting campaign, I didn't realize it existed. I only noticed it after your reply. And seems like someone already reported this issue, and a whole bunch of along with it. One or two guy literally reported so many bugs/issues. Unfortunately, I'm not of a big hunter, so I can't be of much help in this case. But good jobs to those guys. I haven't visited MoBit from the mobile. It's always desktop and the responsiveness of the desktop version is cool. This might make me ask if so many people actually visit exchanges from mobile.
Can't say for others but I do, many times, DEX, CEX , you name it.
