All orders, including yours, have been completed successfully.

Delays are mostly due to technical reasons relating to the Monero privacy protocol. Monero enforces a 10-block lock time on wallet outputs after every outgoing transaction. This issue can be partially mitigated by using additional sending wallets (which we do), but during times of high volume, the queue can still take several hours to clear.

We are continuing to optimize our wallet management and improve our service, and thank you for your ongoing feedback. Please continue to let us know how your experience with our platform goes.

Yeah and that's really true, we have notice for many platforms here that they really shine if they manage to run a long term campaigns. Running a short one will not going to give them those recognition that they want, because result will not going to show up in short time period.

Usually it takes several months before their brand will be totally recognize since consistent visibility matters at all. They also have competitors in the market so they really need to exert lots of effort to market their exchange.

If they stick on the timeline you have said or maybe more. Maybe with that they can slowly see the real traction or result.

This is a fair point! The signature campaign definitely might come back, we're exploring a lot of different avenues of fostering our community and getting word out as we grow.

It takes time (months) to achieve brand retention, and signature campaign will do it. This is the reason most casinos run signature campaign for 2+ years non-stop.

I think the reason it did not work for you is because you tested out of curiosity, if you want to make real swap everything works well.



Again, I had a second look at your screenshot and discovered that you wanted to exchange, know exchange status, estimate fee and request a refund when you didn't even start the process lol.

Just like @MarryWithBTC said the bot works perfectly. I tried it out on my side and I didn't see any issues. The bot also instantly responded to the prompts. I think you should try to cancel the current operation and start over again. Make sure you follow the right sequence of carrying out a swap.

You can enter a /status prompt, yet you haven't even completed the /exchange prompt which might ask you for the rate type, and address to receive the funds.
