Welcome to bitcointalk! Good to see another privacy leaning exchange. I don't see any letter of guarantee. This would be nice to have It appears the exchange is low on reserves of some crypto right now. When do refills usually happen? Honestly, I would like to see another no-kyc exchange with a pretty low minimum trade amounts like in e x c h. Good to hear you plan to depo funds in a trusted escrow. As a new exchange in the forum, this does help improve credibility. I could get behind the idea of splitting the $10k into multiple trusted escrow like a "don't put all your eggs in one basket" famous quote. Though I think you could still achieve this even with 2-3 people which would be less complicated than 5. From a first look the exchange looks a bit simplistic. But I have not tried it because it seems like an unregistered centralized and custodial exchange to me.
So how does this work? A server functions as the exchange engine? Is it not still rated as an unregistered centralized exchange? Can transactions be re-routed? Frozen? Onion servers get taken down easily and an exchange could get DDOSed out of existance.
The entire anonymous and custodial aspect is a red flag. I am guessing that is why you are doing the escrow PR. But there is no guarantee that a large enough amount could not get rugpulled. How do you ensure that user funds do not get stolen/hacked?

Suspicious or invalid requests may be rejected. What exactly does that mean? Are you talking about transactions? Give an example. No information on refunds, no information on jurisdiction, no information on what data is collected. |

Only a direct and honest answer can close the discussion on this. Now you are focused on building trust, and in the near future, the previous owner of the account may show up, or someone may accuse you of anything related to your account in the past. All your efforts may become worthless because you have not cleared up the unclear history today. |

OK, although it may not be the most direct answer, because more questions were asked about the history of the account and who the initial owner is. Otherwise, even if you created an account from scratch, with the copper membership, you would have all the privileges, and if the service shows itself with good manners, it will easily reach a higher rank. As for the escrow deposit, I don't know what prompted you to add another $5k, but maybe they rushed you with it. As far as I can see, the current reserves are $22k, so practically over 50% is in your escrow reserves. I think that it would be better if you have larger reserves at this moment, because practically the swap of any coin (except XMR) cannot exceed the escrow reserves. This is good for users, but it limits your offer quite a bit. It limits you and limits potential growth. Add to that the problem of 3/4 of your reserves being in one currency (XMR). Honestly, both KycNotList and AntiKYC are still quite minor, so the decision to deposit with them in escrow is a bit surprising. |

I was thinking of adding a neutral trust to clarify the account's owner, but since the account will be used exclusively for advertising the service, I won't do anything (it's good to see more privacy features here).
I tested the service with JavaScript disabled; I didn't notice the use of any third-party services.

Advantages:
- Simple interface.
- Support for multiple languages (much more than any other service I've tried).
- Very competitive fees: (Service fee: 0.9%) with no hidden charges.
Disadvantages:
- Service node was slightly slow to detect my transaction.
- No way to track the order if I forget the order ID.
- The steps involved in the exchange are not explained.
- There is no explanation of the number of confirmations required for each blockchain.
- Time left to pay is relatively short, please add more time.
The best thing was the exchange rate; it was absolutely fantastic.
The platform uses a small reserve pool, which makes tracking transactions easier, but it's still good.
I don't have altcoins, so I didn't receive Bitcoin from the service and therefore didn't perform any AML checks.
Overall, the service is good (9/10.)

When I want to know about this service and want to try it it looks like the image below, how long will it take to get back to normal?  I think the only trust in this tomboi account right now, is because there's a guarantee of that 10,000$ money. Then regarding the domain, will you provide this service in just one year? Why don't you make it right away two years?  Because I think a direct domain renewal of two years or more, it's cheaper than the money you guarantee it. |

You should clarify this part: "they must wait for at least 1 week to 1 month after requesting the refund". It looks like a month, but technically it's just a week you're guaranteeing. Once OP/Tomboi asks for a refund of the escrow balance, I will process their request only after a minimum of one week, and I have the right to ask them to allow me more time. If there's no scam accusation posted or nothing suspicious found from OP, I have no problem refunding after a week. Of course, the week will start from the moment of my public post here. If any scam accusation is found, I have the right to hold the fund for more than 1 month, as stated. Thanks, LoyceV, for pointing out these. It will help me in the future. Setting up escrow terms is one of the most critical jobs lol, as many may take advantage of wrong wording/terms. |

CloudFlare is standard DDoS protection used on similar services. During development, we also looked to other similar exchanges that have a good reputation on this forum, such as b1exch, which also claims to be “NO JS.” However, if you visit via a clear domain, they also load CloudFlare JS.
The static.cloudflareinsights.com script which contains sendBeacon is not for DDoS protection, it relates to browser fingerprinting + behavior analysis. Don’t try to mislead people, plz. Also, we are currently discussing the Tomboi platform and haven't touched on b1exch. Even if they made a mistake there, does that justify doing what you did on your platform , You are marketing yourself as a "no JavaScript" platform. |
