Something's clearly wrong here. Withdrawals are processed automatically. There's no way payouts are constantly being delayed. Most likely, the admin is manually checking withdrawals and collecting player statistics to later "properly" configure the casino. I've encountered this more than once.

I remember having the exact same experience. So what happened next? I never got a decent bonus at that casino again. It's all part of the same chain.

This is just my gut feeling that casinos might have been delaying our withdrawals because:

1. they want us to play more in their casinos, and they don't want money going out
2. they don't have that money yet so they are waiting for others to deposit and lose

Experience this many times, actually 2 days ago, I withdraw and it didn't went through, so I just decided to cancel my withdrawal and play for the heck of it and eventually lose it all and then the regrets.

You might not be wrong with thinking that the delay is intentionally on the side of the casino, there is really no way to know for certain but you can't know for sure if the number of people using a casino is high or not, you say they are not popular but the fact that you are using their casino is already enough to reason to think that there are others using them too and the numbers might be much higher than you think, but then again comparing a popular casino that has been around for years with alot of player traffic to a probably relatively new casino in terms of how quick they pay might not be right, the new ones definitely do not have as much funds to back up payments as the old ones so many people winning within a short period of time can actually lead to them not being able to pay up completely on time, the delay might just be exactly what they claim it to be.

20 minutes? Aren't you just too impatient. I don't mind waiting for a day until my withdrawal hits my crypto wallet.
This is one of the questions, that should be targeted towards crypto casino owners, not towards the gamblers. I don't own a crypto casino and I don't know exactly how the withdrawals are being handled. Maybe the withdrawals are processed manually by the casino customer support and each and every transaction should be verified, or maybe the withdrawals are processes automatically and the casino simply does not have enough crypto to handle a large amount of withdrawals, which are happening in a short time frame.
If you can't wait for the withdrawal to get processed and you spend your balance at the casino, the problem is in you, not the casino.

Honestly, I have not experienced this before. If they say that they are experiencing high volume of withdrawal, that is a big sign that the casino are not trustworthy because how many gamblers are not getting it correctly without losing? So it's not a good sign at all because it's obvious that they are using indirectly to tell you to gamble the more. This is a very annoying thing, I'm speaking to you from the experience of a dear friend of mine, a gambler I call "crazy".

Well, it can be possible if you are requesting for a withdrawal during peak times as there are times the system may be overload, but most likely, they will send an email for notification. I believe it, because you won't know how a casino business really feels like until you try running one yourself, don't always forget that these people are running a business here.

If they haven't make enough money in a past week they can't keep opening withdrawal for everyone, even if you win some big amount of money you will have to cue for a while to withdraw all your money.

Some casinos just copy templates from reputable ones. If you observe, most crypto casinos have similar designs and so on. I don't see any reason why a new or emerging casino would claim that they have a high volume of withdrawals. It might be true, but it seems they copied it from top casinos. It can be, and I don't think we will ever know the real reason because different casinos may do it for different reasons, and unless we know someone who works there at a high level we won't know for sure. But I wouldn't think so badly of them: sure, big casinos have a lot of players and the number of requests can be huge, but they can also hire more people or build better systems to resolve these issues more efficiently. Small casinos with little resources can have problems handling only a few requests if they accumulate at any given time.

Yeah, it’s bs to think that they will meed to process withdrawal for that long time considering the number of players in online casino usually just below a thousand active at the same time unless they are much popular than Stake.

Slow withdrawal is always my problem when trying new casino that sometimes takes days before they can process.

There are casinos that freeze your funds completely when you withdraw them. That means there is no option to cancel withdrawal that is in status processed. But of course there are those who allow to cancel withdrawal until it is completed. For me, when I hit withdrawal and see 0.00 on balance, there is no way back and no temptation to return to gambling.

Regards casino using excuses to make withdrawal longer, I think there are casinos that are not completely honest with players. I think in situation when there are fast and slow withdrawal, even if you choose fast, they will do it slow anyway and earn a little on your withdrawal. I think small casinos are guilty of this. If there is no fast/slow option, but casino still make it longer than usual, then I think casino is either low on money and try to get it somewhere first to proceed your withdrawal. Or they have old school hierarchy business model and need "acceptance" from a superior employee (they make manual withdrawals).
