One or very rare times is okay, but if it continuously happen each time you try to withdraw, then that becomes a big red flag for the casino, I wouldn't be returning to the casino with another deposit.

I agree, it is reasonable for the casino to delay withdrawals for manual verification but the casino must inform the gambler on what they are doing so that the gambler knows the reason of the delay.  I received this kind of message several times back then but I did not get worried because the withdrawal request was completed despite the delay.

Sometimes I think this is just a strategy they use in making you wait a little longer which might in turn make you change your mind and gamble with the money. I have never faced the problem you are talking about. I have always used popular and reputable gambling platforms for gambling. I don't really believe it. Many casinos cause problems when you want to make large withdrawals, and you can't get your money.
