From ur description of the casino, they seem to be having low traffic, it's obviously suspicious to have high volume of withdrawal request with low traffic. I thought these things are done automatically, how is it that they have to manually process payment that doesn't have any initial hiccups.

Anyways, I haven't really done a proper research on how online casinos process payment, both depositing and withdrawing, cause if they're using a third party payment service, like the likes of pager, paystack, or some other 3rd party payment services that processes crypto, they shouldn't be having this type of issue, unless there is no money or coin in their account to process such payment.

Yeah actually that is not acceptable reason because if they claim that their withdrawal process is instant people should not experience those issues.
