Every day scammers comes up with new strategies which are not yet known to people and so they fall for it without knowing that it is a new scamming strategy, scammers are always sensitive and smart to changes and development and some persons being&tgggg scammed by close relative which makes it difficult for one to figure out, they easily buy and build trust on their client.
I believe every form of scam which is being used today to scam people is no longer new; they have all been used in the past, and scammers are just modernising them. Those who are not observant enough fall victim to the scammers' tricks, and people who fall victim more are either the greedy or those who build trust with someone they just had a few conversations online with, which gives the scammers the opportunity to scam them.

Scammers are filtering their customer instead of changing their strategy into the new ones.

They purposefully using dumb social engineering to get into the most gullible people's minds. They know there are gullible people and there are smart people so they don't bother reinventing new strategies.

If their old strategy which seen as dumb by smart people works on some people, it's enough for them because they can manipulate these gullible people.

And unfortunately we have no shortage of gullible greedy people that willing to give away their money to scammers for a small bait that average people won't fall into.

I will agree with some of your points highlighted here, literally, some are not happening just because of ignorance actually, but due to thier behaviors, emotion and also overconfidence causes all these. Yes some people actually know that what they want to do is risky and many people have fall victims and they keep on doing it, which make some of them a dull till today either newbies or some claimed overconfidence members.

Honestly speaking, some people clearly ignore good advices, while some people repeat the mistakes they made before without learning anything from their past experiences. In some cases, some people actually assume they are over smart to be scammed or convinced, and that make them even more worse, and also a common negligence by not verifying any information properly or rushing themselves to take decisions can easily lead one to be scammed. However anyone can be victim if really we acts carelessly or when we are out of mind due to some pressures. That's why it's better to be thinking critically and calm patiencely. Lastly, let's stay at alert and continuesly active on upgrading ourselves ahead of the scammers, because if you're not informed you will be deformed.

Yes greed too much confidence, and not being able to wait are the main tricks scammers bypass our thinking, especially when they are using fake famous account or promise to sure profits to create a fake feeling of trust. Worst part that I think is most dangerous is believing that you are too smart to be tricked so biggest change that you can make is to start having way of thinking of Zero Trust where you want to double check everything. And yes scammers have gotten better and in order to be safe now, one should manage their feelings at least as much as they manage their passwords.

Never underestimate something is the rule that anybody in the space should acquire. Then it would be easier for them to see through such attempts or potential scams.

Scammers will use such silly tricks as typos and unbelievable tales to sift their victims and making sure that they only waste time on most simple individuals and scare anyone who happens to be smart enough to spot them. Their scams remain simple and clearly broken, thus saving them time and effort they would otherwise spend in persuading doubting individuals that may quit later, and other go after those tricked by greed or other promise of get rich quick plan. These are criminals who take advantage of mindset of people excited by small baits such as service fees to trap their victims into believing that they need to continue paying to get a larger reward. I think reason such low effort scams are successful is due to there still being huge gap in financial knowledge, and they will keep being quite money making before more people know how to see these simple tricks.

Scamming comes in different forms, and the moment you start trusting someone too much there’s a chance you might get scammed in the process. Too much trust is one thing that leads to people being scammed and even if you’re aware of scamming this scammers comes in a way that they will try to win your heart over so that you won’t doubt yourself nor themselves. Sometimes is not all about greed but the feeling of not wanting to lose a relationship you have with some people they tend to play with your emotions and eventually gets scammed in the process.

I can name only two reasons why people still fall for scams despite being warned numerous times, lots of information available about how they scammers work and etc: 1) scammers are creative people 2) with time victims becomes too much confident in everything. People tend to think that they already know every scam method and think it will never happen to them. Scammers also dont sit without work and invent new ways to scam or adopt/improve old methods.
With the improvement in artificial intelligence technology, scammers can come up with advanced patterns to scam people. We are experiencing a high level of impersonation and cloning in this period. These scammers are becoming smarter these days. Ignorance is another reason why people fall victim to scams. We have to keep upgrading our knowledge in technological advancement. We cannot overlook greed as another factor why people fall victim to scams.

These are very correct words you have said. How an average user act when he gets his first pc or device - he starts gaining different knowledge, such as security for example. That user reads some articles about security importance. Installs antivirus and is it. What he has learned in the past, he is using everyday as automated actions. While user is living his life thinking he is secured from everything, scammers develop new strategies to scam. To sum up briefly, user stop developing and using old version 1.0 protection against modern scam.

Scammers are always friendly, they always pretend to care about you, check up on you, even build close friendship or relationship just to make sure they gain your trust. Before you know it, they have gained your trust  to the level where you can no longer suspend them. Most times before you accept anyone to be close to you, you need to verify to know where they are from, and other  necessary things to know about them.
No matter how nice they act. If by any chance you lost your money or any valuable thing got missing, shine your eye very well and confront the them.  We should learn to set boundaries in our lives. Not everybody that shows up in our life deserves full access to our trust or our money. Even if you don’t want to lose your relationship, it’s better you’re careful than to regret later.

Scamming is an industry. There will always be gullible individuals willing to part with their hard-earned cash.

Hahaha! As funny as it sounds, it's just the truth. There will always be victims to scam stories and everytime, we will always hear scam activities. We believe that there are poeple who have vowed in there lives never to work hard to earn, but to scam and deceive people to get there hard earned money from them.

With this knowledge, individuals should be pretty careful with anything relating to money release to another person. He sure it's genuine. Don't be in a rush to partake. Take your time, think, analyse, ask questions, hear from others outside that circle, give it time. If they are the ones pestering you to come get it, then it's scam. Time weill always tell. Give it time, and you will see for yourself

I do agree that greed plays a major role in why people get scammed, but some do lack proper knowledge of applications of risk management skills and we know also that these scams can occur via different ways because scammers also evolve in their theatrics and come in various manners just to get exactly what they want.
I think it all comes together that if someone lacks of knowledge, then they cannot control their greed as well.
Which results to becoming a target and falling for these scams as victims. And you are right, these scams are also changing for how these cons are so good in understanding their victims.
They also study their potential victims and the crowd that they will try to attack. So even if we have a lot of information written on the internet and these potential victims are not doing their research, still many of them will fall.
