I tried the service today using chain exchange mode, it took around 45 minutes to process from BTC to LTC to be done.  The site shows the progress which is really helpful.  Upon completing the initial information where the sender fill the needed information, the next page will show the transaction ID, the exchange mode, and the received amount.

Upon completion the page will show the transaction hash.

The process is smooth, the execution is within the stated timed frame.  I will be trying the other mode next time.

Easy and smooth, this is now my go-to exchange. I traded my Bitcoin for Litecoin, and it took 30 minutes to complete my order. I highly recommend Dex.fo, Looking forward to trading more here.

funds are returned to your address automatically.

we do not perform AML screening
and do not check the history of incoming funds.
We process all transactions equally.

If a deposit arrives and the exchange
cannot be completed for technical reasons —
funds are returned to the refund address.

DEX.fo is not a mixer.
We do not blend funds or obscure transaction trails.
We simply exchange one coin for another
without asking questions about origin.

is a standard concept that most crypto users
are familiar with.
However we agree with Ayers that
a small tooltip could help newer users
understand its purpose at first glance.

This is the best we can find as users carring so much about our privacy. But this feature we like the most can be used as a subject of accusation from the authorities considering it is a NoKYC exchanger and doesn't adhere to AML policies. Authorities can accuse you of facilitation of fraud activities just after aproving that a transaction was made to/from one of the flagged addresses in their lists. This accusation becomes commun between all shut down exchangers recently and some other privacy services such as mixers. Do you have an approach about how to deal with such problematic situations?

Have you factored the fees in your calculations? I understand the fees could make the amount received slightly less than what you sent, you can check the fees yourself to verify, but if that is not the case, then it might be that the automatic recalculation that was announced as shown below may not have been fully implemented. Perhaps their representative here will have answers for you since he is very active on this forum.

You will have to cross check with other similar sites too. I don't mention their names but I think your team knew them as they're competitors of your KYCnotlist.com website. Cross checking information from competitor sites, and from your site's user reviews will help your team keep reviewing information updated well enough. Surely your team will have to follow up those no KYC exchanges, and update information too.

My guess is that it is a technical glitch or the update they posted have not been implemented as I have not seen anyone who tested the automatic conversion. For this case, you can decide to wait for their representative in this forum to clarify that just like I stated before. Alternatively,  you can raise a a support ticket to get a faster response. $8 is way too high for the volume exchanged and also higher than the fee stipulated for Chain mode.

Let us explain what happened.
You indicated 0.0019 BTC in the order and sent 0.00199957 BTC — slightly more.
Here is how the auto-recalculation works:
The full amount you sent was received and split into two parts:
— One part went to the exchange itself
— One part covered the platform fee (0.8%)
So the exchange was calculated based on 0.0019 BTC — exactly as shown in your order — because the extra amount was absorbed into the fee calculation on the full received sum.
No funds were lost. Everything processed correctly.

If possible, please include information about the service's fees and the transaction fees in coins and dollars in the exchange report to avoid similar questions in the future.
Perhaps the amount received should be indicated in the report so that clients do not have the feeling of an error.
