I have been thinking about something that i noticed in many people around me who gamble. May be u have noticed it too.

It was that a lot of gamblers get stuck waiting for that one lucky break. They convince themselves that one big win will change everything. So they keep pushing and keep betting.

But what they often miss is the hidden cost. And that cost is not just money. It is the time they lose and the trust they break even the small steps in life they never take because they are waiting for a miracle.

You're not overthinking. All have been through that experience for we believed that just one big win and we're all settled.
But that's a lies that we keep on believing before until the reality shook and woke us up.
Those who are in that mentality will also wake themselves when they have noticed that everything is falling apart for them.
The hope that they can make it and by just waiting for that huge win is nowhere to be found because the obviousness can't be hidden from their reality.

If someone is waiting for the gambling win to change their life then it is wrong; they shouldn't do it, as it can destroy them in both financially and mentally. But we can't deny the fact that one big win can change a life so it is kind of a dilemma that people who are filled with greed are stuck in without really making an effort to change anything.

I wish they realize it sooner to save themselves from a loss that they can't ever recover but unfortunately some people never learn it after loss after loss as well.

Motivated to change their lives from gambling then it's a bad idea, only someone lucky can change the fate of their lives whereas most of us never change, always ending up with financial and mental damage on their minds.

I agree with your opinion that big wins can change anyone's life, let alone winning millions of dollars, which means they also have to spend a lot of money in gambling to bet, no small capital can win a jackpot change their lives.

I think you're over thinking it because This case of waiting for miracle to happen is normal I think "luck" is the appropriate word for that, although I really get what you're trying to say but have you try asking yourself this question that. This people I'm being worried about do they really care about those time wasted and the losses they will incur along the line?

People with this problem are likely those who thinks of gamble as a source of income. Well gambke is not, it is just a form of entertainment to keep us busy not a source of income or a form of investment and the mistake peolle make is thinking their skills on sport analysis can do the trick, when it comes to gambke it's just luck, you can end up preparing a vert high probability win ticket and still end up losing it. Folks has to understand that humans cannot be 100% efficient to produce similar results all the time errors are bound to happen due to emotions are several other factors.

That right of a gambler is to check out his history analysis of the profits made so far and the amount of funds lost so far then such gambler would start applying rid management to their gambling activities.
