Sounds like someone who do small job to eat everyday and spend most of his paycheck on lottery tickets, such people are small minded people who don't want to live a stressful life but they are not smart at all.

As they wait around time isn't on their side, they are aging as well, if eventually they get rich at older age they won't have their youthful ages back, and doctors will be the ones deciding what and which food they should take.
