The casino looks good in the website and on the announcement thread. The presentation of games on the website is very good. And what the op needs is to start building the casino reputation and the representative reputation in the forum. Now this has become a classical marketing method for every casino. They always present themselves as NO KYC casino, only to end up as a KYC casino later on.
Shishir, I don't think there is much to clarify. Everything is as clear as the blue sky.

Some casinos still say they have to put certain terms inside their T&C because of licensing and will only ask for KYC under certain unavoidable circumstances.
But for casinok, they will straight out ask you to do KYC.

All users must complete the KYC process before they are allowed to deposit, withdraw, or play with real money.

When you say MUST, there is nothing else that needs saying.  Wink

It is very contradicting between their KYC terms and the banner advertisement. Their KYC terms are actually different than other casinos that use No-KYC advertisements but have their terms that KYC can be required in some situations.

With CasinOK, at least with the findings, KYC is for all users, and it's a must, before users can deposit money to play there. It's very contradicting and confusing, so an official clarification from CasinOK is important and helpful for community.

True, the forum is use to casinos labeling as NO KYC even while they request at certain questionable circumstances, but the problem here is that the words on both sides don't link, a much better presentation for clearer understanding would work.

I see the casino is ready to launch signature campaign, I advise them to reconnect with the manager to properly guide them on how to present their ANN and Website without contradicting each other. All these contradiction are becoming flaws at first glance.

You are right Op haven't posted on this ANN since he created it but we could have believed it was because of inactive online but that wasn't the reason because he has always been online from the launched day till today and secondly @CoffeeSipper64 brought a screenshot of a user whom review about his rejection on withdrawal, so I was thinking he would say something about it because when a new casino has someone who talking about withdrawal issues it discourages those who wanted to start gambling on the casino especially myself because I don't like withdrawal issues.

Is this just for popularity? because some casinos do not apply KYC in the thread title but in the ToS/AML they say to ask for KYC at any time this is often only for the needs of license regulation in the proof that casinos do not ask for KYC as long as there are no suspected cases.
Casinok needs clarification whether KYC in this casino is mandatory or not? Or this rule can only be relaxed?

It's been a short while since you launched this ANN op and still haven't answered a single query so far which is a bad look for the site right at the beginning. Do not judge the book by its cover implying that your ANN is great, but the site itself isn't.

I advise clarifying all of the important queries quickly to show how serious y'all are about promoting this site within this forum.

If they won't be here and be active in engaging in the community, I don't think they can get players from the forum. Because that means, it would be hard for them to reach out to the site if they need something. That's a big no-go if you ask me. Unless you claimed a bonus, which you didn't say you did, you should be allowed to wager your real money deposits any way you want. Whether that's playing dice, slots, sports, live games, or anything else is your decision. A casino shouldn't limit its players regarding the games they are allowed to wager real money on.

I saw a similar or even worse example a couple of months ago, where one casino only accepts wagers on slots for its wagering requirements with real money deposits. It's clear why it's like that. They want as many players as possible to lose their money because slot games have the highest house edge.

Do they have this term written anywhere on their site? This is a strange requirement if you ask me and it should not be like this because it is like forcing players to play slot games in order to withdraw. How if players only want to play the mini games such as dice, plinko, etc? Casinok should change this term and accept wager on their mini games for the 1x deposit wager requirement. Imagine if we play and wager like 10x-20x on mini games only and making profit but we cant withdraw it because we should play slot first, not a fair term imo.

My withdrawal was pending for 1 hour before it was rejected.
They should have handled it faster or even better if they have some automated progress bar for wagering so that everyone should be aware of before putting a cashout request and hanging there for one hour.

it is like forcing players to play slot games in order to withdraw.
No as far as I am aware the only requirement is 1x on atleast 1.3x odds. It is not like we will be winning on house games anyway, despite the odds lol
