This morning, another internet block update. My VPN is dead. Some bypass methods work, but I'm not at all confident I'll be able to stay connected every day. While this is a personal issue in a individual pool, I wouldn't want to cause problems for other participants in a team pool.

West Africa as the team name works fine for me too. The teams makes the name, so performances will be what puts us on the map.

Of course there's a criteria for selecting a team name. Team names must be based on Geographic regions. No nicknames allowed.

Allowed Team Names: Finland, Nordics, Central Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa
Not Allowed: Mixed countries (France & Italy), vague/global regions (Asia, Northern Hemisphere), Non-geographic names (African Tigers).

Firstly, it depends on the region (this is a large country). Secondly, it's a dynamic issue: today you have access, tomorrow you don't, and the day after tomorrow there might be no internet at all, so you won't be able to get online, whether with a VPN or without one. For example, I haven’t had mobile internet for several months now, I have to use only landline.
At the moment I'm on BTT and even with a Russian IP (without VPN, its my "native" IP) using this program:

And that Olympic gold? Not exactly a miracle when your olympic team was full of 30yo while everyone else was having legit U23 team. That also explains your success at u15, u17 and other younger categories.

That's like asking Portugal, Greece and Netherlands to swap their continent titles for some WC bronze and silver medals - do you know how funny that sounds?  Croatia's excuses have been their population numbers, although you are only required to provide 26 good players from your 4 million population to make a national squad.

When an African country dominates a tournament, people use age excuses, whereas England, the Netherlands, and France's U15 and U17 teams are 60% Nigerians and 80% Africans.

If Croatia had some Nigerians or African players in their team they would have won a major trophy today.
