That's probably the main reason I never liked the guy. It's not a fair reason at all, but that smirk he has after he scores even a penalty. Haaland's smirk I can bear, it has a different "vibe" as the kids these days say.

Do you remember how Pipo Inzaghi celebrated even more insignificant goals, but somehow ppl weren't annoyed by it? (They were annoyed by some other things he did, but not that.)

Ronaldo disappointed again, after all, just like 4 years ago in Qatar, and it seems to me that he has been playing for a long time based on his "old glory and name" in the Portuguese national team.

You guys lost against the favorites to win the tournament,so this win is normal for my team. We are expecting to win all of the games until the end of the tournament so i think when playing against us you need to risk hard. Still a good game between our two teams,my teams moral has now jumped so we are going for the second win and trying to get that first place that will take us to the quarter finals. Our main goal is the first place and nothing else.

You know, I was a bit sceptical about Messi too - playing in farmers league called MLS and scoring goals there don't impress me much. I don't watch full games there, but from highlights level of this league looks very questionable.
But Messi proved that he still got it playing against decent team, while Ronaldo was only shadow of his glory yesterday.
About Spain, I wouldn't make conclusion after single game. When you're main contender, it would be just wrong to reach your best form already on tournament opener. Remember 2010 when they lost opener against Switzerland

Nice compilation but I noticed something in the Group A table where my team belongs to. After the compilation of points and goals for the first round, we should be the one at the top of the table. We had +2 goal difference higher than the first placed team there who has only +1 GD. Let’s enjoy our first place position while it lasts😁

man we were literally chatting on telegram about the facts that we were going to secure the draw at the very least only to find out that more than 1 goal counts. Dang it was so close, why did Mbappe even managed to score the 2nd goal.
