And how much money do you need for that? Many people can't afford to buy their first home, so how can they even think about investing in real estate in some other county?

There are many good investment opportunities around... and those who can invest & have money for that should diversify and keep their eggs in different baskets. The rest of us will continue to dream about it, and I guess we will stick to Bitcoin & crypto in general... We can't buy real estate in a risky place, that can affect to our funds and profits where we will loss the money. We can search for other things and Bitcoin comes as a new option. It's simple, if you buy a land out of nowhere, and there is nothing for miles and miles, and it's literally worthless, then all you can do is to keep that and hope that one day another naïve person would buy it from you. So if you are buying a piece of land, you have to make sure that first of all you are allowed to build on it (not all lands have that right) and secondly you could actually sell it. In my country people are literally buying buildings and tearing them down, and rebuilding from stat, and that's still more profitable than buying land out of nowhere.
