Many people don't account for the fact that properties can become short term rental places. Even with medium occupancy rates it's still possible to make three times as much than a long term rental that is rented for a whole year.

I would say it's a good opportunity for people to consider in terms of earnings because if you haven't adjusted your model based on average Airbnb rates in your area then maybe real estate can be profitable again.

Yes real estate is good but location matters a lot, earthquake is a major problem that affect building or any landed property. So before adventuring into real estate or any landed property investment, you must try as much as possible to investigate the premises by looking for expert with such expirence to run a check on it, if such place can be conducive for building house. Or better still if such area has experienced earthquake before, it's better you build it in an area that has not expirienced any natural disaster before. Or you can still invest in Bitcoin and make profit over time.

Estate happens in some nations, not all. If I were to be a real estate mogul, nothing would push me to invest in a country where earthquakes are a problem, even if im from that country. Take the investment out to another part of the world with a large land mass that is free from natural disasters. Investment done on a land known to be affected by earthquakes at times are periodical investment. Seasonal investment, not a full-time investment.

Instead of direct real estate safer way is to own RWA tokens the ownership of physical assets and land by tokens not your physical labour or risks you just own the tokens.

And that's why it's better to invest in assets like bitcoin, because nothing will happen to them, due to limited emissions and strong protection, which may not even be broken by quantum computers soon. Therefore, real estate is not always a great asset.

And how much money do you need for that? Many people can't afford to buy their first home, so how can they even think about investing in real estate in some other county?

There are many good investment opportunities around... and those who can invest & have money for that should diversify and keep their eggs in different baskets. The rest of us will continue to dream about it, and I guess we will stick to Bitcoin & crypto in general... It's much cheaper to start, and with time & some luck, maybe we will be able to afford to invest in real estate.

As you mentioned, location is a big factor as you'll be able to analyze the potential of your possible profits if you think that there's a big potential that place where you will put your investment have a good chance tbeing developed, with those possibilities, the chance of increasing the value of your property is too high and the possibility of other things that you can do with your property can be executed, unlike with just buying because the value is low but there's no possibilities that improvement or it will be developed that's for sure will put your investment into liability and the wait for possible ROI is unsure.

Land being cheap should be decided based on the value of land in that area and not just by the price, and in some areas land is still not that expensive compared to how much land is being priced in that city, and again, the real estate business is not something one needs to rush into because land-grabbing issues always come with it. Even when you feel like you have all legal documents pertaining to the land, family disputes also bring their own danger, especially in this part of the world.

It's simple, if you buy a land out of nowhere, and there is nothing for miles and miles, and it's literally worthless, then all you can do is to keep that and hope that one day another naïve person would buy it from you. So if you are buying a piece of land, you have to make sure that first of all you are allowed to build on it (not all lands have that right) and secondly you could actually sell it. In my country people are literally buying buildings and tearing them down, and rebuilding from stat, and that's still more profitable than buying land out of nowhere.

So are you referring to investing in tokenised real estate or just random real estate companies' tokens? If you ask me, then I would rather invest in real-life real estate. Let's say you invested in a tokenised real estate company share as a token. But in your jurisdiction, where you live, an earthquake happened, and you died. Then what are the benefits of investing in tokenised real estate? Your example of the earthquake isn't appropriate at all.

However, we are investing in crypto, and probably it's better to stick with that. Bitcoin is the asset that would give you a couple of times the return of real estate. All about you need to handle it the right way. Whoever is familiar with crypto and knows it very well doesn't even invest much into real estate. They will make money from crypto and then buy a home or luxury things.

That is not the mindset of an entrepreneur or a real estate investor. In my opinion, as long as there is demand in that area and profit potential, investing there is still worth considering

After doing my research, I understand that investors in real estate do not care about natural disasters if the location is very profitable.

Of course real estate investment must be always analyzed regards the localization of the lands, properties and buildings. If something is too cheap, it's an signal of red flag. The key isn't to invest in real estate because it's cheap, rather it's necessary to take into consideration the potential of the area, so you can identify how profitable it's going to be on short, medium and long term.

Being strategic and positioning yourself in the correct places is a good advantage in all businesses especially when you are investing into real estate, it is not a matter of what is the price of the land or how low it cost you for you to buy it but what matters is what position is the land located at or what are the future promises of the area that you are investing into.

Real estate are more beneficial when you invest in developing areas hence good positioning is very important when you want to invest because a land that you buy in the city is going to make you more money more than the lands that you buy in areas that are yet to be developed or forgotten. Just because you buy a plot of land or own a building that does not guarantee you profit what guarantees you is how marketable your asset is and for this to be achieved you have to invest in a very good location but many new investors are always confused when investing that they think that what matters is the cost of the land or building but that is not always the first thing you should put in your mind when trying to invest into real estate.

Yes real estate is good but location matters a lot, earthquake is a major problem that affect building or any landed property. So before adventuring into real estate or any landed property investment, you must try as much as possible to investigate the premises by looking for expert with such expirence to run a check on it, if such place can be conducive for building house. Or better still if such area has experienced earthquake before, it's better you build it in an area that has not expirienced any natural disaster before. Or you can still invest in Bitcoin and make profit over time.

Earthquake or no earthquake, an environment that is full of productivity will always have people. Haven't you see people migrate from one state to another because of other natural resources, their environment becomes danger zone that the government has to step in to caution people but after that time, they come back to their homes even though some of them are not built, they are rented place but the value the environment gives them makes them, same way Real estate can flourish anywhere as long as there is a value in the region.

By the way, earthquake isn't seasonal to know that it will happen in a place, it's natural disaster that's beyond any human control, it can happen in part of US today and may take another 20 or 30 years before another one happen. Such shouldn't limit development of lands but caution is very necessary. It's because of unexpected earthquake buildings are light weight unlike other regions that use heavy blocks to build their structure, this is one of the ways earthquake are out into consideration.

Earthquakes are problem tetonic plates will move places where nobody woul't expecting it happens.
Instead of direct real estate safer way is to own RWA tokens the ownership of physical assets and land by tokens not your physical labour or risks you just own the tokens.
Anyways few places on earth will be good to hold property but a lot places will experince earth quakes in 30 years.
Its not smart to have property where earthquakes are

Places like france a lot of europe asia canada and usa will experince a lot earthquakes spouth part of finland and eastern europe will be okay also the russia and australia good those are good places to own land or property.

No way! I have a big problem trusting RWA tokens, they sound good just like you are saying right now but they are nothing but another reasonable method to scam people, go and check all the 2024-2025 RWA tokens, they are performing as the worst of the all.

Most of them are completely dead after raising millions of dollars, if they are so useful why are they dead like that? If they have real world value they should have some volumes left, instead they are struggling.

Earthquake isn't happening everywhere, and I still stand on the fact that running your one Real estate in your country where there is less natural disaster is better than investing in RWA tokens.
