It's sad, but the best lessons are learned when they happen to you personally. Never trust anyone who claims they want to make you money and they are there to help you. Bullshit. They want to help themselves and make money off of you. People who consider unsolicited investment opportunities as scams and the people who contact them as scammers will be better off than individuals willing to hear them out and give it a try. It's a nasty world out there, so be careful. Don't be the small fish that gets eaten.
Those who fall victim to scams always think something is too hard for them to learn, which leads them to prefer that others do it for them, so they won't have to go through the difficulties. A mindset like this is what causes people to lose money.

I think people should develop the habit of seeing that they can do things for themselves, especially when it comes to money. In investing and trading, it is personal, and whoever claims to help people is only looking to make a gain. People will always make mistakes and regret it when they limit themselves to learning and think others do it better.
Doing things for themselves always keeps things in balance because trusting others always increases problems and the chance of losing enough, which has never been recoverable in this world.
People who are well aware of this bitter truth know that technology is bringing good development, but with this, life is also becoming complicated, always having your work done before its end, and you are just regretting your laziness. Few people have the habit of doing things by themselves; they mostly always want to rely on other searches and analyses. This never ends well, especially in trading or any investment.
Always use precautions because things can take changes frequently, and losses can happen with no chance of having any penny back.

My point here is starting all-over is better than staying off completely. It's better to have slow growth than taking no action at all
I'm so sorry for what happened to you bro, although learning with such experience is to harsh but one must learn through whichever way, but the good thing now is that you have learnt your lessons and you cannot fall for such cheap scam again.
I'm glad you understand that it is not a good thing to abandone your dream totally, to be honest what you went through can be devastating, it can even make someone to see the cryptocurrency space as a total scam, of course there are people that have left and never returned because of their bad experience but that is not the best thing to do, I think the best thing is to go for a reliable asset like bitcon, invest gradually and consistently with your discreationary income and hodl for a long-term, giving up is not ideal because it keeps you off from opportunities that would have benefited you in the future.

There are many ways we lose our money but at first when it comes to any investment, I don't consider losing money at the Beginning as a lost, because that was the first time and definitely with that we will be able to learn more of it, if we start any investment and continue gaining profit then I see it as a trap, because there's always some challenges when you start your investment or business. With this aspect a lot of people fed up by no trying again just because they lost the first time, if anyone decided to backup after this first challenge, that simply means they are not ready to take any risk, because I expected them to learn from this mistake so that they will get to know more about their investment.

Most of those who lose money at the beginning of their investments are mainly those who don't have people to guide them properly or those who refuse to learn before getting involved in investment. Do know that there are some people who, from the time they start their investment until the end of it, will not lose money not because of anything special, but because they take precautions by seeking knowledge from time to time. It is not a must that we have to lose before we learn. Every mistake that someone may make is because of ignorance. If someone could foresee the result of what they want to do, they might choose not to do it.Yes, I agree with your point that giving up after the first try or first failure is not the way someone is likely to succeed in this world. We fail and learn from our mistakes, and that is a good way to improve.

The scammer built trust with you just to make you believe his intentions toward you are real in order for you to do anything he will ask from you later.
Scammers are always building trust, that’s what they are always after first, because they believe that if you can trust them, then they will be able to scam you more, you will be able to trust them with big amount of money. Scammers will do everything possible to make you think they are real, because if they don’t build that trust, you not going to give them money.

Also scammers are always targeting newbies, because some of the tricks that they are using, only newbies will fall for it, those tricks are so cheap that someone that have been in crypto space for some time can easily detect that they are scammer.

When you receive message from a random person asking you to invest in a particular platform, you should just tag someone like that as a scammer, so we just have to be so careful when we receive a message from a random people.

Your experience reminds me of the image above.. he also lost all his Bitcoin in the Coldcard hack. The difference is that you decided to start over from scratch, while he immediately stopped and seemed to have lost hope in Bitcoin.

But that's how it is.. losing all your assets is so painful, like the world collapsing, but after that you still have the choice to rebuild everything step by step and come back even stronger, or you decide to stop completely. The choice is entirely yours.. but I also think it's better to start over than to spend the rest of your life regretting what happened.

your dispositions are very correct. Many newbies should pay attention to these two key points you mentioned about scammers working hard to build trust between you and them first before even attempting anything. That’s because unlike the armed robbers and other physical criminals and thieves have the ability to attack you and forcefully collect your belongings from you without acting nicely to you or doing things to entice you to commit yourself to their scams or to steal properties but in the case of scammers particularly the online scammers, they cannot see you and can’t force you to bring money so the best approach is to lure you into their scams by gaining your trust at first. Then the next thing is to search for the inexperienced people who can fall prey easily including the newbies. So everybody on this forum should shine their eyes so they don’t get hurt by the wicked scammers aiming to collect your money.

My point here is starting all-over is better than staying off completely. It's better to have slow growth than taking no action at all

It is not easy to start over after losing everything, but the point is that if we don't start again, how are we going to be successful in the future?Anyone who wants to be successful in life should not stop trying after failing and losing everything. Instead, they should take it as a lesson and avoid making the same mistakes again. Some people completely quit crypto because they lost on their first attempt. Some of them are regretting that decision now because those mistakes happened a long time ago. If they had started over, they could have become successful in the crypto industry by now.so, it is always better to start over and continue growing gradually than to give up completely. Every successful person has a story to tell. Whatever happens in the process of investing or doing business, as long as you have done proper research and confirmed that it is a good investment or business opportunity, quitting completely is never a good solution.

Sometimes it not that people are really scarred to start all over, but then such people or person could have put in all their financial resources into it, so getting another funds to start all Over becomes a problem. Another could be for some people after putting their resources in such, and it crashed, they now begin to look for a job that can just put good on their table, with that they don’t even have time or funds to save and start all over.

Another major problem with some people is that, they venture into something they know very little about, so after investing in it and it crash they just decide to quit, not because they don’t have more resources to try again but because they don’t know much about what they invested in. So before investing, know where you are putting your money and have a positive mindset about it.
