You're looking to start that startup and you already looking for investors. Build that from scratch before someone gets interested on it.
No investor will invest on someone's word about how optimistic and idealistic they are.
What investors trust are those developers who have already started it out and had already worked for what they're trying to build.
And for such, what task that AI you're looking forward or what it can do?

If you're the one who's going to start it, then you should be the one to have ideas and suggestions. What is actually your role here, a recruiter for something you don't know what it's all about?
Give a concrete plan, and do not ask about ideas for the project, or what your capability is like, whether you are a developer, or what your past projects were.
In short, make people believe that you are the right person who can start a project and whom people can trust.

What type of ideas do you have?

I can come up with ideas related to automating tools or building AI agents to serve companies...just literally make jobs easier for who already has an online business and persuade them to buy...you can point a finger at a company and I will figure out a problem in their business and offer a solution to the problem to make their business better...I have a tool already that generates and build email leads...hundreds of them, this year, I am planning on building an online shopping marketplace that offers goods and services, its literally just connecting buyers to sellers and I have consumers in mind, I also have idea of building a social network that connects people online and physically so it can be easier for you to meet your online friends
I can integrate an AI agent into all of these ideas to make them more efficient
I already have a company registered called GOAT, but I lack the capital to fund it so I am currently just building my ideas and saving them until I find a partner or investor

I actually just need money to pay for tools I need to execute the ideas but any budget between a thousand a month can take us far and we can have a registered and existing idea working in 3 months, personally, I just finished completing udemy courses and reading loads of books and then I have the gift of ideas running in my head, I wake up everyday with at least 3 reasonable ideas before I go to bed so I can't really charge much but depending on your financial status I am ready to take any amount you offer. The goal is  to get some money and become part of something greater.
