Well, if the Solcasino team ain't giving responses to the forum users questions and are just being quiet about it then it really gonna continue creating a wrong impression for their platform which it looks like it's already happening that way. If their intention was to create an ANN THREAD and leave it without coming back to it then it really doesn't shows that they mean business in any way. You are right,SolCasino has nothing to lose because maybe they consider this place as a place to put out content and nothing more cause the number of casinos listed here is visible for everyone to see and check them out if you think there's a need to patronize them you do that at your own will. Well, since this is not a casino they may decide not to keep an eye on their thread if they have something to deal with.
It's true that the team are expected to highlight some of the confusion many gamblers are having about their platform but since their is no response so far, we'll have to leave them alone. Maybe their is nothing they want to share to the curious minded visitors on their thread and also on their website.

I believe the confusion is because the platform is tied to casino promotions and casino based rewards,  so it's only natural that people would want some type of communication and clarity from the team. If they're not a casino,  a user will still want answers because they are promoting and linking to gambling services.

However, it is not healthy for the image of the project to leave people to guess things on their own. It could be that they're busy with issues are outside the forum. However, they just have to act fast and respond to the numerous questions if they really want to gain the trust of forum members. Frankly speaking i don't like it when people push narratives that don't make sense.  What kind of issue is keeping the Solcasinos representative too busy to reply to this thread?  however, i can't really tell the reason why their presentative has not replied to this thread till date.  What i do know is that when a representative does not reply to their thread, it may discourage users from replying to the thread too.  the earlier their representative start replying to this thread the better it will be for them.
