They have been mute and I don't think that's right which many of us here have lamented on, mate if a service provider at some point stops responding to peoples questions in their thread, what do you call that, it is not right, people are not asking too much, all we are asking is for them to engage here, there are things many people want to know, so there's no way keeping mute will be serving as an answer are you sure that you actually know what you are saying?

Of course, if someone wants to promote themselves on Bitcointalk, they need to dedicate the community adequate attention. If someone doesn't respond to user questions and requests, their Bitcointalk "career" usually ends quickly, and sometimes even unpleasantly.

However, you can't blame support of prject if, for some reason, their account has been temporarily muted. Of course, they should come back and explain it, but these things happen to new projects.

If support assumes they'll wait until more questions accumulate, I don't think that's a good approach. Many players prioritize responsiveness. Most knowledgeable players want support to respond as quickly as possible in the event of a problem. Mh, that kind of lack of activity on the forum only tell me this service and the people behind it do not actually see this community as their immediate priority to make their service to grown in the short and mid term.
It does not help at all to have something to offer, open an ANN and then not keeping an eye on questions and whatever people may be talking about the service in order to take feedback.

Anyways. If they are not replying here, it means they have got either no budget for adversiting or management of social media account or are using those resources elsewhere.

I keep seeing this online casino on X eventhough I don't follow them. Whenever there's major sport event they always show up on my feed not as an X ad, but through one of their giveaway posts. lol Algorithm I guess.
This thread here might not be the same as the SOL casino you might see on X, since this thread and the service, is all about listing all casinos that make use of and accept Solana in their casino and not generally the casino called the Solcasino thread. I don't think a casino thread the representative would abandon it without active to answer a few questions.

I took a look at their profile on X and it looks pretty strange:

He only has 6 posts from April 27th to April 29th this year. BUT the total number of posts including comments is over 16200 !!!
This means there are over 16,200 comments alone – so it's obvious this is an automated account and the comments are probably written by some AI agent. It must be some pretty good robot, because Musk has already managed to handle most of them.
They managed to automate the X profile, but unfortunately, they didn't manage to automate Bitcointalk profile. That's why there's such a lack of activity. They're probably automating other places now.

Platforms that are primary casino listing or review sites are still businesses and establish trust by engaging a community. In Bitcointalk, members ask questions so that they can be transparent, clear, and confident before using a service. If no representative is available. Concerns will be reiterated and individuals may begin to think that feedback is not being heard. It demonstrates platform's attention to its users and concerns of the community and is not just for problem-solving.
I don't really expect much from this website because I know that it's not a true casino and bothering myself on what the team has to say about their website can be a waste of time. If this was supposed to be a real casino, we would have compelled the team through their support to clarify what many players are confused about. Affiliate websites often do what they like because they are only interested in getting referrals from their platform in the best possible way to them.
Definitely same thing I thought , since they are not casinos I don’t think we need to bother ourselves that much and so many people have already come to understand what they are, despite not getting answer from any of their representatives, some questions that were also asked out of curiosity here have been answered by fellow members too. I think the only thing leaving some members here confused is about how they rated the casino sites on their platform to be sure the rated casino sites can be trusted.

I believe based on the awareness that has been created in the forum now most gamblers will likely take time to read the TOS of every casino they want to register before playing there to avoid losing money after winning but that doesn't mean that some people will still not make the mistake of skipping that part just to avoid delays on the games they what to play. As for the response from the team, I don't know why they are not responding to questions yet may be they want to keep members in suspense until they still respond to multiple questions that has been asked here but then you have to also do your findings if you desire to use the casinos.
Hopefully, users do that now after so many cases happen. They can be aware reading the TOS before they deposit so they don't make a mistake. Perhaps the team still need more time to answer the question or waiting the answer from the right team who handling the case.

The team should not respond too long because that can makes users feels not comfortable waiting for the answer or perhaps they are not return to this thread and just busy doing other things Grin

Solcasino is one of the casinos gaming site that accept a lot of crypto currencies and have been in operation as far back as 2001, and operate under tobique games. I believe with this level of exposure should be handled in a more standard, professional way, due to it long time in the business. Solcasino already have a professional casino license which give it a good business structure and reputation helping  it build and improve the business and giving it high chances than other casinos. I believe our observationsare see and will be considered and implemented.

Looks like you're right. The one I keep seeing on X uses the domain solcasino.io (without the s), while this thread is for solcasinos.io with the s..

And yeah the X account for solcasino.io has around 100K followers and appears more established, which is probably why I kept thinking they were the same site. As far as I can tell, I haven't found bitcointalk thread for solcasino.io yet.

Either way, it's still best to be careful with these sites. Always check reviews or feedback and reputation first before depositing or playing both site...

It still keep me worried why do they not replying to the thread like I said before most user here are really losing interest in the thread because of their inability to respond to all the useful questions which is not to be ignored before user do need follow up here that just truths…

Well like you said I have been to their X accounts it not even showing that their are much active their too…and I feel such thing show not be a big deal get or hire a professional to handle that part of replying to the thread..

This is true, engagement in this thread shows commitment which they have done severally in this thread, and if you can look back into this thread, you will notice that they have been very active.
When someone should be responding to a question and he decided to stay mute, i see that as an answer, so you don't need to be worried about that if they decide not to respond to a question that they are being asked.
What are you trying to justify here, you see what exactly as an answer? They have been mute and I don't think that's right which many of us here have lamented on, mate if a service provider at some point stops responding to peoples questions in their thread, what do you call that, it is not right, people are not asking too much, all we are asking is for them to engage here, there are things many people want to know, so there's no way keeping mute will be serving as an answer are you sure that you actually know what you are saying?

Of course, if someone wants to promote themselves on Bitcointalk, they need to dedicate the community adequate attention. If someone doesn't respond to user questions and requests, their Bitcointalk "career" usually ends quickly, and sometimes even unpleasantly.

However, you can't blame support of prject if, for some reason, their account has been temporarily muted. Of course, they should come back and explain it, but these things happen to new projects.

Even if their account is blocked, there are plenty of ways to reach out to users and let them know about the issues they are facing and that the team is actively working on fixing them since they have social media accounts and a large portion of their clientele comes from here, it should be entirely possible to communicate with them effectively
