I have an S21 (standard) which was working fully on 3 hashboards, then overnight it stops hashing and now displays 0 ASICS on all 3 hashboards. I assumed at first it is one faulty hashboard, and due to Bitmain firmware only working with 3 hashboards, I remotely installed Vnish firmware however Vnish firmware also reports 0 ASICS on all 3 boards.

I don't accept that all 3 hashboards have failed simultaneously, therefore I am wondering if there are any known issues with S21 series which will cause this (for example a PSU fault or control board fault)?

yeah but when I played around and switched to an epic controller 2 boards came back to life.

later on one of them died.

I played with the white cables I played with 3 or 4 sets of controllers

mara
brains
epic
bitmain

I believe the issue is in the boards not the controllers.

my s21xps are perfect.

my t21s suck bigly   I think I have 7 or 8 of 12 boards failed.

DCA would work if consistent.

Pretty bad, you did not save the first logs when it was on the stock firmware; if you had not immediately switched to Vnish, you might have found some hints from kernel logs.

Anyway, what is your current status with the unit? I recommend checking the kernel logs first, copying them all, and posting them here.
It could be a broken or burned ribbon cable, or one of the hashboards is shorted, making all of the hashboards appear dead. You should test each hashboard individually to determine which one is shorted and causing all of the hashboards to fail.

You clearly rushed the process; there could be many reasons for this.
Usually, the first step is to check the hardware logs. If the problem isn't with the contacts or something else trivial, then the ASIC needs to be diagnosed using hardware. There are board testers that test each board separately. A pack checks the control board's checkpoints.

my t21s suck bigly   I think I have 7 or 8 of 12 boards failed.
On these ASICs, it is recommended to change the thermal paste immediately after purchase.
