the reason why small number of people we are investing in Bitcoin as of that time is because most of them have not noticed about Bitcoin so I believe that things many people have noticed about Bitcoin that is when the traffic began to increase and most of people who invested in Bitcoin have also giving a testimony and the good recommendation of Bitcoin that is why you see many people coming in into bitcoin investment, as of 2010 and 2012, most of the people never believe that bitcoin will be a good currency and bitcoin will stand, they thoughts that bitcoin is only used for scam and also used for money laundering and that is why you see many people not been interested to invest in Bitcoin now they have noticed that all the information given by haters of Bitcoin that Bitcoin were met for scam were lies

Yeah, you don’t really have to tell if you invested in Bitcoin or not, or better still the worth of your investment, because before you could give information of something, you must have invested in it yourself. But telling someone about bitcoin, doesn’t warrant telling the worth of you investment.
And as you said, to be more safe we could just stick with promoting to just the people we know, and avoid talking about your investment with any random strangers. As it could help us stay more safer.

If they pretend we cannot do anything except stay neutral while giving them some information about crypto. It is important that we do not share what we own but if they assume and want to pretend we own a lot of BTC then we cannot do anything.

I know someone who shows some interest but the more interest he shows the more he wants to know exactly how much profit or loss I have made. He wants to know the exact number and does not want to take the usual answer. I do not spend too much energy on people like that because I know what they want to know. Your advice is very accurate because we have to judge the personality of the person who is asking about crypto or BTC. I have encountered so many people who had the wrong belief of holding a meme coin and calling it the next BTC haha.

When I got to know about Bitcoin I was amazed, and since I wasn't the only one facing problems with centralised banks and the financial system in the world I took it upon myself to do some promotions about Bitcoin, the word mission is referring to this, that I must let many other people know about Bitcoin,.don't get it twisted.

I wasn't the only one who felt they should do the same, it went on for few years, between 2016 and 2019, it was in COVID era that I slow things down a bit, I started accepting Bitcoin as means of payment myself until wrench attack started to become a thing, and since kidnapping is now a big business in my country I put the sign board down, for my own safety, I hope you will understand me better than this unfortunately this is only how I can explain myself.

Enlightenment is different from promotion, what you explained above is just you discussing bitcoin with people who already know bitcoin,  but with limited knowledge so sharing a thought with them is not the same as promoting bitcoin.

Promotion should be more of a marketing term, where you advertise and followups with them until they at least by into what you are promoting to them, in this case bitcoin has no promotion channels since bitcoin is an independent asset with no individual or cooperate control or ownership since it a public assets.

Promoting Bitcoin can be done online. I often share about Bitcoin on my social media, and so far it's been safe. That's called burglary and it's a serious crime. It doesn't have to be about Bitcoin. Don't tell anyone about your assets and make sure to secure your valuable items at home.
