Hello noorman0,
This term is mainly anti money laundering one. But don't worry, of course we can allow you to use different payment accounts if they all are registered for your name.
With regards,
You seem to be applying AML rules both ways, which I find overly strict. I've never seen anything like this for crypto-based payments, requiring users to register their addresses first for withdrawals. However, you should reconsider these rules and see how your competitors are doing.

Yup. it's weird for them to say, "we don't allow fiat deposits, but we support visa and mastercard". I mean what's the point of it then? Maybe I'm not well versed with these cards as I don't have one. Never used it, but do they support Crypto? I only know that they are for fiat transactions.

Hello DYING_S0UL,

Yes indeed, that was a typo. Actually we allow fiat payment methods but we don't allow real cash (physical) payments. This text has already been corrected, thank you for your attention.

Cheers,

It's still a very strange decision though considering the fact that India is currently the world's most populated country and there are many, many gamblers willing to play on these sites despite those bans which don't really mean much over there.

Some sites like Sportsbet.io etc aren't willing to take any risks there anymore which makes sense considering that they can afford to do that, but small sites like this one cannot really afford it. Bizarre!

How do you know that they cannot afford it? Isn't USA is one of the most populated country as well? Don't you see that most casinos do not allow players from the US? It depends on the casino themself. If they do not want to accept players from a specific region, I believe they have their reason for it and they can afford it as well. I have seen casinos that blocks half of the region of this world and allowed the other half. Those people are still operating their business. As for winity, we don't know how big they are. A casino like Duel got their first million user in a month. So, it depends on the money and their strength.

that's because if a casino operates in the US market without a license (which is state by state based) the US government will go after them, they will seize all their money and the operator could even face jail time. they just stay out of it to avoid problems.

I have seen casinos that blocks half of the region of this world and allowed the other half. Those people are still operating their business. As for winity, we don't know how big they are.
it doesn't matter how big or small a casino is, it all depends on their regulatory risk tolerance and who is operating the casino, some take on the risk and operate on the gray market which India is one of them, same as Turkey, even tho both have a gambling ban, others decide to do everything by the book and just ban those regions.

Correct. For these reasons you mentioned, I wouldn't say a casino cannot afford not to operate in a country. They can afford it very well. They don't need to operate in countries where the government has banned real money gambling. Or they might have other reasons for not operating in certain countries that they don't want to tell us. My country also banned gambling and cryptocurrencies as well. However, all the popular casinos and exchanges are operating their business in my country and the government never took any action against those casinos and the crypto exchanges.

Honestly, this is the first time seeing the casino boldly note the countries that are restricted. But I was surprised by its numbers. And very unfortunate that these countries have a huge number of gamblers. If this is for real and they have no chance to visit the site, I don't think this casino could still make a profit in their business.

This is really a big challenge for them, especially on how to please gamblers to play. And for me, I think they have to put a huge effort into lifting restrictions for some of these countries.
Even though many big countries are on the restricted list, there are still a lot of countries that can access the platform especially from Asia, Africa and other regions. So the opportunity to make profit is actually still quite wide open. The real challenge is having the right strategy and making a serious effort to attract players from those remaining countries so the casino can keep growing and stay profitable.
We never know what they are doing now, but I hope they have been working already to make their casinos not just survive from the competition but also decrease the number of casinos that are banned.

Of course, I'd still see they were making a profit, but I don't think it was sustainable enough to stay in the gambling industry for long, knowing that every now and then another casino appears. If they were making some good money this time, but if the situation continues and no changes are made in regard to restrictions, they will face difficulties in the future.

Correct. For these reasons you mentioned, I wouldn't say a casino cannot afford not to operate in a country. They can afford it very well. They don't need to operate in countries where the government has banned real money gambling.
i think it's more like they are losing out on possible revenues, rather than cannot afford not to operate in a specific market.
i mean, there are plenty of small to medium casinos who only operated in small markets for many years, and they are pretty much profitable, they are not making crazy money like the big ones, but they are making money regardless, else they would have been long gone.

My country also banned gambling and cryptocurrencies as well. However, all the popular casinos and exchanges are operating their business in my country and the government never took any action against those casinos and the crypto exchanges.
same where i'm from, except instead of a ban, the government has a sole monopoly on operating anything gambling related, but that is not stopping any crypto casino from taking my donations, hehehe.
